The University College invite applications for admission into the following programmes:- Faculty of Education and Social Sciences Programmes Minimum Entry Requirements Tuition fee Mode of study/ of Study PhD Programmes: PhD in Curriculum and Instruction PhD in Education and Policy Studies PhD in Religion Masters Programmes: Master of Business Administration (Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Strategic, Operations, risk and Insurance, International Business Options) Human Resource Curriculum & Instruction Education and Policy Studies Guidance and Counselling Master of Arts in Religion Masters degree in relevant area of study from a recognized and accredited University. Bachelor degree in business related discipline with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or Second Class Honours (Lower Division) with two years working experience after graduating. Bachelor of Education Degree in related field, with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or equivalent from MMUST or any recognized institution. 4 School of Computing and Informatics Programme Minimum Entry Requirements Tuition fee per PHD Programmes: PHD in Information Master of Science in Information Postgraduate Diploma in Information and Communication Bachelor of Science Computer Science Bachelor of Science in Information Diploma in information Hold Master s Degree in Information or Information Systems or Computer Science from MMUST or any other accredited University or (b) Hold Master s Degree in a relevant field as approved by MMUST Senate. Bachelor s Degree in a computing discipline, of at least Upper Second Class Honours from a recognized and accredited University or (b) or at least two years relevant experience, or an equivalent qualification from another institution recognized by Senate and in addition. A bachelor s degree in numerate science, numerate education (Science), Business, Engineering and discipline. A mean grade of a C+ at KCSE and at least a C+ in Mathematics, Physics or Physical Sciences. Or (b) Principal passes in relevant science subjects one of which must be in Mathematics or Physics at A-Level, Or Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent (May be exempted in relevant units) Minimum mean Grade of C+ (Plus) at KCSE with C+ in Mathematics, in any science or any business related subject. Or 2 principal passes at A-Level one of which must be in Mathematics or Science subject or any business related subject Or those with a diploma in IT from MMUST or equivalent or a relevant diploma recognized by the University Senate (May be allowed credit transfers).
