CORPORATE E-NEWS The TS Travel Corporate E-News provides regular updates on the latest news from the world of travel. It is delivered to our clients twice a week, generally every Tuesday and Thursday. Topics covered in the E-News updates include hot airline news, destination travel warnings, security updates and important information regarding TS Travel Corporate and its daily operation. It is a quick and easyway to update our clients on important advice that may affect their travelers and subsequently disrupt their daily business operation.
CORPORATE NEWSLETTER The TS Travel Corporate Newsletter is produced bi-monthly and provides more detailed information relating to updates within the travel industry. It contains articles that we have collected during the two month period between each edition. The front page is generally dedicated to information from and about TS Travel Corporate that relates to our clients, including important announcements and details regarding our achievements. The following pages include supplier updates sorted by air, car and hotels. Occasionally we will include an additional page at the end of the newsletter, featuring updates on our team s educational trips, hotel inspection days, client functions and other events that may interest our clients. In December 2006 we introduced our newsletter in format which provides an easier reading format.
WEBSITE - MEMBERS SECTION As part of our service, corporate clients can enjoy special access to the corporate section of our website which offers additional features as opposed to the casual traveler that may access only the public area. Here you will find archives for our latest releases of E-news and Newsletters, our Schedule of Fees, Qantas Club Discounts, Online Management Information Reporting and much more. To access this section, you will require a password. If you haven t been issued a password already, please contact your Account Manager who can assist with setting up your details and explaining the features of this corporate clients only area.
LOW COST AIR DOMESTIC QUOTE Low Cost Air is one of TS Travel Corporate s newest domestic booking tools. Its purpose is to locate all Domestic and Trans Tasman fares, including all low cost internet only fares, and compare the fare levels in one simple screen shot. The system automatically searches for fares one hour before and after the requested time, offering our clients the option of taking up a cheaper fare at a different time, if their business schedule allows it. This new tool can cut 80% of the time it would usually take to do a low-cost carrier search on individual carrier websites. The easy quotation is ed to our clients within seconds of our search and offers a much quicker and more efficient way of quoting domestic and Trans Tasman fares.

HOTEL MATRIX TS Travel Corporate offers client assistance with establishing company s hotel matrix. This useful document is a summary of client preferred hotels in each state or country. It includes the hotel s location, contact details, room type and room rates. It also contains details of standard rack rates, TS Travel Corporate s special Radius rates and client preferred negotiated rates, if these have been established on behalf of the client. This document is designed to Provide assistance with selecting the most appropriate hotels and rates and is part of our ongoing travel management, available to all our corporate clients free of charge. If you require assistance with setting up your company s preferred hotel rates, please contact your Account Manager.
LEISURE DESTINATION OF THE MONTH FEATURE The Leisure Destination Of The Month feature is a full page write-up on a particular destination. It includes facts about the country, climate, currency and things to do, see and eat etc. For this article, we generally select the highest selling destinations or a destination that has generated the most interest from our clients. We concentrateon passing on the knowledge and travelexperience of our team members, who have personally visited the destination and would like to assist our clients to make the most of their much awaited holidays. We cover the Do, See, Eat and Sleep for each destination but also focus on some interesting tourist attractions, features or well recommended restaurants that our clients may not be aware of prior to visiting the selected city or country. We hope you enjoy The Destination Of The Month, which often contains some great Leisure Specials too.
MONTHLY LEISURE SPECIALS TS Travel Corporate prepares a Monthly Leisure Specials Page, which is distributed via to both our corporate and leisure clients. We try to provide a variety of Leisure Specials such as 4 packages, generally for international destinations, ranging from 3 to 7 nights with some enticing inclusions as well as some domestic packages with great added extras. Packages include airfares and accommodation. Extras can often include breakfast daily, transfers, free nights or special offers for kids. All of these are special deals that we search for in the monthly supplier updates in order to satisfy the needs of all our clients and assist them with choosing the perfect holiday for themselves and their families. We hope that you enjoy our Monthly Specials Page and ask that you distribute it around your office for your staff to enjoy some of the great specials that our experienced team can provide and assist with.
LEISURE DISCOUNTS FOR ALL CORPORATE CLIENTS TS Travel Corporate offers its clients the chance to book a holiday through TS Travel Leisure at a discounted price. This means that all internal staff within your organization can enjoy great service and discounts as per below:
ONLINE BOOKING ENGINE Galileo Online Booking Engine link can be found on the home page of our website and is a useful tool to search for and book domestic flights, hotels and car hire. Clients can also search for maps or enjoy useful links for currency converters, weather updates and more. TS Travel is currently in the process of Upgrading this back office system. Soon after our move we will be able to offer a brand new online booking engine (OBE), which will be more suitable for the corporate client and will offer management information reporting as well as new itineraries and lower domestic booking fees. This brand new system should be available early this year. Your Account Manager will be in contact with you to offer this new service very soon.
VIEW TRIP Viewtrip is a web based engine that links directly into TS Travel Corporate s reservation system. It enables our clients to view up to the minute live travel itineraries. It is a great tool for travellers or PAs to view their current booking file and to monitor the status of waitlisted flights, car or hotel bookings without having to contact us. Travel coordinators and travellers can access their itineraries live via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world; a great tool when travellers misplace their itinerary whilst away. Viewtrip itineraries can be printed or forwarded, as long as the traveller has access to the internet and can access our website. The Viewtrip link is located on the home page of our website and the itineraries can be viewed by simply entering the traveller s surname and the booking reference number (which can be obtained from us).
