1 This guide shows how to: Create a Family Account...1 Register a Player 2-4 Apply to Coach/Volunteer Complete a Background Check..5-7 Welcome Page: 1) Click to create your Family Account, start Registration. 2) Shows what Sessions are open for registration 3) How to get help with questions 4) Important information to know before you begin your registration 5) Spanish translation, if desired Create A Family Account You need to create a family account one time that you will use year after year for registrations. 1 On the Welcome Page, click on the big button to create an account/register. 2 Select Create an Account under First Time? 3 Enter the primary , Legal First/Last Name, Street, City, State, Zip and Primary Phone Number. 2 Add another Adult 1 You can Add an Adult now or Skip the step. 2 If you chose to Add an Adult you will provide their , Legal First/Last Name, Street, City, State, Zip and Primary Phone Number. Click button. Register a Player 1 To start your Player registration, click Register to Play/Participate button. 2 Select New Child then Register Now button. 3 You will be asked to provide the Player s First/Last/Nick Name, Birth Date, Current Grade, Gender and any Medical Issues/Allergies/Medications. Click button League Sports Services LLC Page 2 of 8

3 4 The system will now present only the Sessions that your Player is eligible for (based on Age/Grade/Gender). Choose the desired division, then Register Now button. 5 Answer any questions your League might ask, then click button. 6 The first time you register, you ll be asked to provide Emergency Contact Information. 7 Review the League s Consent language. You will have two options: You can choose I Agree to continue registration or Cancel to cancel the registration. 8 You can now choose to begin Checkout or Register another person. Note: If you choose Register you will be able to add other Players to register, 2013 League Sports Services LLC Page 3 of 8

4 or register an Adult to Coach/Volunteer, etc. 9 If you choose Checkout you will be prompted to pay (Each League make its own determination on payment options, so you will credit card processing and/or check payment 10 Add your Billing and Credit Card Information or choose to pay by Check. Click 11 Click Place Order to complete your registration. 12 You ll receive an ed receipt with any pre-season instructions your League might have. Note: You can access the receipt anytime by logging back into your account and clicking on Receipt for the correct recent registration. Apply to Coach/Volunteer The registration process to Coach/Volunteer mimics the Player registration. 1 There are two ways to apply to Coach/Volunteer: 1. Login to your account from your League s Welcome Page. 2. As an additional registration on an existing Order. (see 8 above). 2 Select Apply to Coach/Volunteer 3 Select the Adult looking to register (or add a New Adult ) and Register Now League Sports Services LLC Page 4 of 8

5 4 Add you Birth Date (in case you are required to take a Background Check later). 5 Select your desired Division, Role and click Register Now button. Note: There is no cost charged to Adults registering to Coach/Volunteer. 6 Answer questions (if any) and 7 Agree to the Little Dribblers Coaches Code of Conduct and any Leaguespecific waiver text. 8 Follow s 8-12 in Register a Player section League Sports Services LLC Page 5 of 8

6 Complete a Background Check All rostered Adults (18 and older) will be required to complete/pass a Background Check in this system before any League activity (e.g. tryouts, practices). 1 There are two ways to apply to Complete a Background Check: 1. Login to your account from your League s Welcome Page. 2. As an additional registration on an existing Order. (see 8 above). 2 Select Complete Background Check 3 Select the Adult looking to register (or add a New Adult ) and Register Now. 4 Click on Register Now button for Background Check session. Note: A fee might be charged to Adults completing the Background Check; each League will determine if they will absorb the entire cost or charge the Adult going through the Background Check. 5 Complete requested data fields and 2013 League Sports Services LLC Page 6 of 8

7 6 You ll need to answer the six required questions and Note: If you answer yes to any of the questions, you will be prompted to add text to explain League Sports Services LLC Page 7 of 8

8 7 You ll need to Agree to and add your initials to the Background Check Disclosure, Background Check Authorization, and Background Check Release pages. 8 Follow s 8-12 in Register a Player section. 9 Most Background Checks are cleared within 48 hours; you ll receive a system if no results were found and you are eligible to Coach/Volunteer. If results are found (or if there are any questions that arise), the Background Check Risk Management Coordinator for Little Dribblers will contact you directly to get more information League Sports Services LLC Page 8 of 8
