The Environment and Urban Studies Master Program is an interdisciplinary program which considers environmental and social urban problems as a result of interaction between the city and the surrounding environment and offers a holistic approach that involves a variety of sciences in the environmental and humanities fields. Nowadays, there has been a demand for the food industry to make new safe and secure food products. To contribute actively in achieving the excellence of food safety and quality in Indonesia, the Masters Program of aims to develop excellent food safety and quality, which match the needs of food industry, policy makers, and food consumers.
