1 Goal: The Fort Valley State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide cable TV Service to the entire campus. The designated locations are listed below; however this is subject to change. The charges should provide the channels as indicated within this document. The billing should be state all Service Charge Fee: Per outlet fee for new service if requested: The Pre Bid Meeting is MANDATORY and ALL Prospective Bidders will be given the opportunity to view each location for current cable information if needed. 2 Specifications: The scope of this project will include the following: Provide Cable TV to Institution s residential facilities. Upgrade cable in Wildcat Commons 1-7 to ensure all buildings are equipped with homeruns to prevent future maintenance issues. Provide Cable TV feed for distribution to all existing and future Institution office and classroom buildings both on main campus and at future developments at no additional costs to the Institution. Provide Broadband Internet service for all Residential facilities Channel line-ups should include all local channels and common news, educational, and sports channels. Provide at least 2 dedicated cable channel for Fort Valley State Television programming, or equivalent method for Fort Valley State to deliver video content via a cable channel. Provide a maintenance agreement for all cable outlets at the Institution. Provide billing services directly to the customer for any advanced services beyond base programming. Provide pricing for feeds in classrooms for educational use. This should be free or only a licensing fee for educational services. Provide a pricing schedule for advanced services to be offered to customers. Provide all maintenance and distribution of cables and system hardware for services. Future expansion of Institution shall be eligible for any services provided by the Contractor within the scope of this RFQ, at pricing equal to or less than the pricing included in the RFQ response and contract; within the contracted year, or within the renewal if we pursue to process one.

3 Facilities Listing: Residential Facilities: 1696 outlets in the commons this includes the common areas 54 in Davison including the common area 104 in Josie including the common area 79 in Moore including the common area 32 in Ohio including the common area Davidson Hall-54 Josie Hall-104 Moore Hall-79 Ohio Hall-32 Wildcat Commons 1-7 (Total of 1696 Outlets) including the Common Areas Faculties Apartments- 101 Memorial Drive Apartments 1-11, One Outlet Per Apartment 107 College Court Non-Residential Facilities: Student Amenities Building (2) Outlet Wildcat Commons Clubhouse (1) Outlet Lyons Student Center (2) Outlet Mass Communications (1) Outlet Bywaters (3) Outlet Huntington Hall (2) Outlet Home Management (1) Outlet Gano Building (1) Outlet Infirmary (1) Outlet All Facilities may or may not be included in the initial contract, depending on funding. Also, we may not keep the same number. Please provide in your bid all fees associated with a outlet charge, monthly service, charge if any as well as all applicable service fees if any.
