Note: The Chairperson will request that anyone wishing to comment on an applicant s licensure do so before a motion is made to approve or deny that particular applicant. Review the financial report and budget for FY **All applicants and witnesses to be sworn in. 5. REPORT from staff on pending complaints, completed complaints, pending backgrounds, notice of violations, cease and desist letters sent, number of complaints received on licensees, number of general complaints, number of applications received, number of background investigations completed, authority granted to work in Nevada pursuant to NAC , notice of violations, citations issued by staff and citations referred to collection. 6. Public Comment OLD BUSINESS 7. Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions, Inc., License #1168, Lexis Nexis Screening Solutions, Inc., #1377 and Lexis Nexis Risk Data Retrieval Services, LLC, License #1409 are requesting corporate officer/member approval for Meredith Sidewater. This is subject to all statutory and regulatory requirements. for possible action 8. PRA Locations Services LLC, dba IGS Nevada, License #1444 from Las Vegas, Nevada requests approval for Christopher Uhles to become the qualifying agent in the category of Repossessor. If approved Mr. Uhles asks that his individual Repossessor license be placed into abeyance. This is subject to all statutory and regulatory requirements. for possible action 9. Under the authority of NRS , the Board, upon motion, may close the meeting to the public for the purpose of considering an applicant s character, alleged misconduct, professional competence or physical or mental health. Prior to the commencement and conclusion of a contested case or a quasi judicial proceeding that may affect the due process rights of an individual the board may refuse to consider public comment.
