47 SILC Implications : Insearch has steadily grown throughout this period. SILC has grown from students. SILC has assisted the growth of Insearch to some degree. Now full Insearch Diploma and UTS degree delivered at SILC. Majority of students (80%) at SILC are InPlan. Thus fewer SILC students will come to Insearch more to UTS. The new challenge students to UTS for Post Graduate courses.
