1 R.T.S. - MY TRADING PLAN POINTS TO REMEMBER : In this trading plan, Please, understand each and every point, word carefully. - Keep trend checking habit, means At every trade time, see general trend of market. Ask self, what is going on in Nifty/Bank-Nifty? Trend in market? Buy or sell? Take answer. - Probably, trade in stocks, WHICH are going, according to market trend. (We already understood - Nifty s/bank-nifty s trend), Now, find only such stocks. Technicals/charts - have highest priority. All others - including inner news have low importance. - Stock signals matching with market trend signals, generally gives good movement. - Even, market reverses, trade in stock accordingly. (At-least, be ready to book profit.) - Probably, trade only in Nifty/Bank-Nifty. If needed, trade in very liquid stock only. Trade only if you are very comfortable with your chart. Here, your patience will apply. - Apply patience to find out very strong stocks only. Do selective (intraday) trading only. AT START OF TRADE : Nifty/Bank-Nifty/Very liquid stocks : MAX 10 STOCKS. Charts to use: Max. 2 charts to use. You may use any one combination of charts. - 1 st chart 1, medium trend chart, no guidance line. - 2 nd chart 1 long trend chart, 1 guidance line. CHARTS SET-UP: 1 st chart : Trend: Medium (Always in trade) Time-frame: 3/5/7/10 min recommended. You may/can use any time. Signals: Any. (All signals explanation given in document) Any visible chart pattern nd chart : Trend: Long (Selective trading, Trade only at divergence / any visible chart pattern) Time-frame: 1/2/3/5 min. 3 min recommended. You may/ can use any. Signals: ON LONG TREND CHART : (Guidance line cross close) Any visible chart pattern Stop-loss: Previous candle s high/low Previous colors last candle s high/low. System defined stop-loss (blue-line) Any reverse signal, if any. Page 1

2 - Head & shoulder cup & handle chart patterns are very good for trading target s, after confirmation. They give s added advantage. - After confirmation, you may give pending order of desired target DURING TRADE : Trade started, Now Just check following points: MAKE TICK MARK F EVERY OPTION - 2 or 3 min long trend - 2 or 3 min time, so, 2 or 3 days, one-side trend - Divergence head n shoulder/cup n handle chart pattern. - Divergence high/low broken Chart pattern confirmation - Just got 7/10 min medium trend signal AT TRADE END TIME: BOOK PROFIT AT : RTS point RTS intraday levels Market- trend Reversal, Any reverse signal. (For your stock or for Nifty/Bank-Nifty) Reversal shown by Normal small arrow (Reverse - Arrow close) After desired target, current candle s close below low of previous candle Visible chart pattern s target done Always Remember : Started trade signal settings & time-frame must be same, till end of same trade. 3 Examples given for your reference Only, chart 1, medium trend, intraday trading! Continuous trade, Always in trade : Always remember, while doing - Always in trade: Short term trading. USE COMMON SENSE Average candles are good. Long single candle and signal at close.is not considered good. Here, common sense works If needed, just see long time frame chart. Always remember, Rules are for your help. Charts are for your help. Common sense is very important in short term trading. If you are very serious about your money, do only selective trading Do selective trading even in Nifty/Bank-Nifty. At least, (big or small) Divergence is must for selective trading. If divergence is at end, it s good. Also, if one side trend, it s good. If head n shoulder or cup n handle like chart pattern at end, its good. Use long trend for spotting divergence, use medium trend chart for early signals. For intraday trading, use medium trend chart signals ONLY AFTER DIVERGENCE on long trend chart. Also, remember, early profit booking signals are : 1)Divergence candle close 2) Arrow candle close 3) color candle close. Images attached.
