2 Companies of the Group 1) El-Dali & El-Mazmoum National Co. El-Dali & El-Mazmoum National Company,established in 1972, has gained worldwide reputation in the fields of international trade. The company proudly exports agricultural crops/commodities from the farms of Sudan to the international market. On the other hand, imports various significant volumes of consumer, agricultural and construction equipment. Import: Jute, plastics raw material, pesticides, fertilizers, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, spare-parts, passenger vehicles, vehicles tires & tubes, electrical equipments and much more. Export: Sesame seeds, sunflower, hibiscus flower, edible oil, cotton and sesame seeds cakes, sorghum grains, groundnuts & groundnuts cakes, and gum Arabic. 2. DMECO (El-Dali & El-Mazmoum Earth Moving & Construction DMECO succeeded to build a positive image among the construction companies based on its innovative and creative management and staff, empowered by large number of different heavy and light equipments and tools beside strong and cute supporting services. DMECO owns now more than 250 pieces of different heavy construction equipments. Since its establishment in 2001, DMECO has executed a good number of projects with PETRODAR Operating co., Road and Bridges Corporation, Sennar State, Blue Nile State amounted to about 150 M USD. The company has awarded a new projects with Petrodar Operating Co. amounting to 7 Million USD/year, extendable to three years. 2

3 Recently DMECO has singed a contract with the Ministry of International Cooperation for the construction of 240 km of roads in South Kurdufan. The project is financed by the European commission for the cost of 25,2 23,033 Euro. Kadogli Roads Scheme - Staff Camp For future plans DMECO is working to introduce soil stabilization methods in road construction as sustainable material and the importation of raw materials. Stone Crushing and Asphalt Mixing Plant Production Objective: Provide stone of several grades and mixed asphalt of high standard for company s road construction projects as well as for commercial purposes. Location: Sennar state, the crusher is stationed at Gabal Moya and asphalt plant at Dagla area. Capacity: 150 m3 /day of crushed stone and 100 ton/hr for mixed asphalt. 3. EL Dali & El Mazmoum Storage Enterprise Founded in 1976 to support and facilitate the import and export activities. The company built 500 tones/ HR seeds cleaning plant in Port Sudan operating on commercial bases for cleaning the export crops. The company provided modern warehouses designed with highest international standards with about 50,000 M2 storage capacities in different areas in the Sudan: 3

Project Objectives To provide advanced and reliable storage services with international standards to meet the rapidly growing needs for this kind of supporting services. 4. El Shatrab Decorticator & Oil Mill Located in the industrial area in Omdurman. El Shatrab Decorticator & Oil Mill was established to produce high quality of edible oil from sesame, groundnut, sunflower, and cotton seeds. The mill is well equipped with modern machinery and storage facilities. The mill has a production capacity of 150 tones/ day. 4

5 5. White Nile Plastic Company & Hago Plastic Factory In 1982 White Nile Plastic has been established in an area of 7,000 sq meters located in Khartoum North Industrial Area. The factory is dedicated for the production of plastic equipment. Today the factory is specialized in the production of: - HDPE containers used for edible oil and fruit juice. - LDPE water pipes with a design capacity of 4000 MT/ years A new plastic factory is under establishment in Suba industrial area- Khartoum state to produce advanced generation of plastic production for local and global markets. 6. Sennar Agriculture Services Center (SASCO) The Center services covers all agricultural operations from land preparation till harvesting and after harvest operations according to highly advanced technology. Sennar Centre is a pioneer in Leaser leveling of agricultural lands, which scientific researches prove the following advantages of Leaser leveling:- Significant increase in productivity and area sown. Improvement of quality by even distribution of irrigation water. Full utilization of all inputs. Facilitate irrigation operation and economical use of irrigation water. Decrease combine harvesters breakage and facilitate harvest operation. Sennar Centre has a leadership in silt removal from irrigation canals as well as construction of irrigation canals using advanced technology machineries and equipments The Centre provides its experiences in rational use of fertilizers and pesticides. 5

El Dali & El Mazmoum Agricultural Enterprise Founded in 1975, El Dali & El Mazmoum Agricultural Enterprise specializes in establishing farms and agricultural schemes both in rain fed and irrigated areas. The enterprise has successfully completed three major projects: Regiba Scheme. a 30,000 acres scheme grows sorghum grains, sesame, sunflower, and cotton under rain fed. All the processes are fully mechanized. Al Tumaniat. a 100 acres Nile irrigated farmland specializes in the production of fruit & vegetable, poultry & dairy products. Al Sabeel. a 164 acres Nile irrigated farmland specializes in the production of dates & vegetable, & dairy products. Today the enterprise is focusing on growing organic fruits and vegetables. West Omdurman project: 5200 Acres located in Khartoum State- Um-Durman Province, now under establishment for production of forges for export and local marketing, in addition to the activity of animal production (cattle & sheep). The modern agric techniques are proposed to be applied, such as sprinkler irrigation systems and the use of machinery in all the farming operations. 8. Dali Limousine Company Established in 2003, Dali Limousine is rapidly expanding in the field of car rent. The company's customers range from individuals and private and governmental sectors. The company specializes in compact cars, Pick up and four wheel drive. Currently, the company is working with a fleet of 45 autos. 6

7 The Company plans to expand its fleet to introduce luxurious cars, mini vans and buses. In addition, the company is working to include tourist transportation and sightseeing activity. 10- El-Dali Workshop The group have workshop with full facilities to carry out repairs and services for ELDali Limousine, ELDali & ELmazmoum Nat.Co head office, white Nile plastic, El Shatrab Decorticator & Oil Mill, other branches and offices in: Port Sudan, Medani, Sennar and Damazine, and other construction sites. 7

Plastic chairs & tables line. 4. Polypropylene containers line. 5. Floor covering mats line. 6. Shopping bags. 7. Woven bags. 8. PVC pipes & fittings for drinking water, irrigation & sewage services.. Raw Materials : At the start will depend on imports from neighboring countries.but will eventually depend on Sudan Petroleum by products, which is coming into market, increasingly. Targeted Markets: Mainly local Market & COMESA neighboring African Countries. 2) Agadi Edible Oil Manufacturing Plant Project Title: Agadi Vegetable Oil Mill. Location : SUBA - Khartoum, Sudan Land: About Sq.M. allocated in Suba industrial Area. Capacity : Crushing capacity 200 metric tones / day- 90 M.T of refined oil and 100 M.T of oil seed cakes. Raw Materials: Ground Nuts, Sesame seeds, Sun flower seeds & Cotton seeds. All available in Sudan in abundance 8

9 3) Maintenance Workshops for Heavy Equipment, Trucks & Light vehicles 1) El Dali & El Mazmoum Maintenance Workshop Location: Khartoum state- New Industrial Area Address:: Block 35, South of El Souk Al Mahali Land allocated: 2000 Sq. meters. 2) El-Dali & El-Mazmoum Earth Moving & Construction Maintenance Workshop Location: Khartoum State- New Industrial Area Address: Block 35, South of Al-Souk Almahali Land allocated: 4000 Sq. meters Project Objectives: The main objective of the project is to avail maintenance section at a high standard for heavy equipment, various machinery, heavy trucks and light vehicles. Main activities should include: Engine over hauling Body repairing & replacing Repair of various vehicle systems Electrical parts maintenance. Accessories for all customers need. Targeted market: Khartoum state with its above 6 million populations and various undergoing development projects, agricultural projects and industrial projects. 9

10 4) Exploration & Exploitation of Gold & Associated Metals According to the agreement signed between the Group & Ministry of Mining & Minerals, El-Dali & El-Mazmouth Earth Moving & Construction has obtained a concession for mining activity in Gadarif State, Block F11- Butana. The Ministry provide an area of 500Km2 for mineral prospection where some positive showings of gold and related minerals (Copper, Nickel &, Zinc) are seen. 10
