2 This guide will help you understand what happens in the process of starting a successful PPC Campaign Each page that follows will explain in more detail the steps above

3 Initial Setup Approximately 48 hours after signing up, you will receive a call from an account coordinator to assist you with the initial setup. The following items will be covered in this meeting: Re-verify Account Information Get login information for any current PPC (Adwords etc.) accounts Verify and link your current accounts (if any) to our Management console. Verify that Google Analytics is installed properly on your site. If Google Analytics is not installed we will provide you with a document on how to get your Google Analytics started. Initial review of our PPC Start up Survey questionnaire (which is attached at the end of this document) Schedule your first Introductory Meeting with the PPC Manager assigned to your account. Your Company name and address. Company s primary contact for this project Contact primary telephone and address Google, Yahoo, MSN Account Login details and Passwords Google Analytics login information (if any) About an Hour of time

4 Introductory Meeting Approximately 3 4 business days after you have completed your initial set up AND we have received your PPC startup survey from you, we will host an introductory meeting between you and your new PPC Manager. At that meeting your PPC Manager will: Introduce our basic PPC Philosophies Review your PPC Start up Survey Review Your Current Google Analytics Make recommended changes to your analytics (if necessary) Schedule the next strategy meeting and your recurring meetings Your PPC Start up Survey Ideas about your products, past successes online Website Developer contact info (if Google Analytics needs to be modified) About an hour of time

5 Strategy Meeting About one week after your introductory meeting with your PPC Manager you will have your first of many strategy meetings. Prior to this meeting your PPC Manager will have completed preliminary keyword analysis, landing page assessments, bid pricing research and more. In these meetings you will cover: The changes your PPC Manager wants to make to your account(s) and campaign(s). The philosophies behind those changes Changes, startup, or pausing of campaigns Any other concerns the client or PPC Manager may have Ideas for keywords Other strategy ideas that have come to you since the introductory meeting. An open mind About an hour of time

6 Ongoing Campaign Management Depending on the plan that you have selected,, you will either have daily, weekly or monthly campaign management meetings, generally the meetings will cover the following: Review of Campaign performance, successes and needed changes. In-depth review of statistical reports and data. Changes your PPC Manager wants to make to your account(s) and campaign(s). The philosophies behind those changes Changes, startup, or pausing of campaigns Any other concerns the client or PPC Manager may have Any communications since last meeting that need clarification Sales and lead performance information. An open mind About 30 minutes to 1 hour of time

7 Time for a new Strategy? From time to time there can be a number of things that can cause the need for a new strategy meeting: New products or services New geographical operating areas. Significant changes to advertising Budget Significant inventory changes Business model changes Significant improvement to SEO results Ideas for keywords Other strategy ideas that have developed or changed since the introductory meeting. An open mind About an hour of time
