5 Graduate Courses ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE COURSES TAUGHT IN ENGLISH - Master in International Management - MPGI (Term based) - CEAG Elective courses in English (Term based) - Law School courses taught in English (term based or short term) COURSES TAUGHT IN PORTUGUESE - CEAG (Part-time MBA) courses taught in Portuguese (Term based) - MPA (MBA) courses taught in Portuguese (term based) (only for students with at least 5 years of professional experience) - CMCD courses taught in Portuguese (semester based) The minimum requirement is 3 courses for the semester. Regarding the MPGI, the maximum is 3 courses per module. Except for CEMS and Double Degree Students. Language requirement FGV-EAESP does not have a language test requirement. We believe that our partners will select students able to attend classes in English or in Portuguese, as the case may be. Language courses 30 hours of an Intensive Portuguese Language Course is offered for free as follows: Usually the Portuguese language course starts on the 2nd week of classes. It is not mandatory and FGV-EAESP does not give credits or certificate for this course.

6 ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE Requirements Students that will attend our MBA Program must have at least 5 years of work experience. Learning Expectations Class format is usually based in lectures, seminars and cases. Class participation is strongly encouraged by Faculty Members (usually counts 20% - 30% of the final grade). Attendance is mandatory. Size of the classes ranges between students. Grading - Grading is 0 to 10 for Academic Master, Part-time MBA (CEAG) and Undergraduate Program (such as IPM). Final grade is generally based on participation, oral and written presentations, case analyses and mid-term / final examinations. Minimum grade to pass is 6. - Grading for MPA is an individual course score range from A to D. -Grading for MPGI is from A to F, with F = failed. Exams Exams may be conducted in class or, sometimes, be taken home, depending on the course. They are generally performed one or two weeks after the end of classes and generally it is a written exam.

7 ACADEMIC CALENDAR Term dates for the academic year 2013 FGV-EAESP offers: * Semester based courses Undergraduate courses taught in Portuguese Academic Master Part-time MBA (CEAG) courses * Term based courses (duration of each term is two and a half months) IPM (International Track inside the Undergraduate Courses) MPGI (MSc) MPA (MBA) 1st semester 2013 and 2nd semester 2013: We highly recommend students to arrive at least one week before the beginning of classes, in order to get used to the city, the neighborhood and to FGV-EAESP facilities. The Welcome Week is mandatory and takes place the week before the beginning of classes. To get the student visa students must be in their native country or in a country where they have fixed residency for at least 12 months.
