13 Difficulties of the ISO/EMASEasy method After 3 years of application The reduced formalization can cause transmission problems during a change of staff, particularly when the system is worn by a person. The simplification of the documentation is not taken into account when setting the certification audit (overestimation of the audit time apple increase of the cost). 16 Conclusion ISO/EMASEasy method is well suited to structures such SME and small industrial sites. However, ISO certification remains heavy for those with small structures and provides very few direct (no recovery of the product) and indirect economic benefits (too low recognition by the administration and stakeholders).
