Any child with a statement naming St Mary s C of E (Aided) Primary School or any child who is looked after by OCC and requests a place at St Mary s will always be admitted. Any child who is disabled (the definition of disability is that contained within the Discrimination Act, as amended) with a statement, who needs to be admitted to an accessible school, will be admitted. In the event of there being a greater demand for admission than there are places available, then the following criteria will be applied in the order set out below:- (a) A child with a normal home address (see note 2) in the catchment area and with a sibling (see note 3) already in attendance at St Mary s School at the time of entry to the school.
