Browse folder trees taken from network drives, user hard drives, and even containers. When a nested folder structure is found containing non-relevant material, a single click quickly excludes the entire tree. Location Culling makes it easy to narrow your focus to pertinent data only. Domain/Sender Address/Sender Name Culling Avoid costly review by finding and removing large groups of non-responsive documents. Identify spam, alerts, and general mass advertising s, among other things. Review documents using the integrated viewer prior to exclusion, to ensure that no potentially responsive documents are inadvertently culled. Statistical Sampling Take the guesswork out of analyzing your search results with the industry s easiest-to-use statistical sampling workflow. Simply enter the categories for which you would like to review and the accuracy rate desired, and get started. With Kiersted Direct s Statistical Sampling feature, random documents will be presented for review through our simple and efficient review interface. Snippets All too often, search terms yield documents that do contain the words you are looking for, but have nothing to do with what you want to find. This problem is especially common with repetitive strings of text, such as standard verbiage in disclaimers and signature lines. Kiersted Direct s Snippet feature allows you to remove these unwanted results by collecting, aggregating and presenting Snippets, which show a preview of the search result text. Using Snippets, you can quickly ignore the results you don t want, for greater accuracy and a more efficient search.

Native File Processing Processing in native format at the outset can minimize your TIFF conversion costs, as it reduces the amount of data that you ultimately need to convert to images and produce. Converting only responsive documents into TIFF format will likely be the most affordable option. You can also choose to convert only those documents that will format properly, as certain documents may only display correctly in their native style. TIFF Conversion Widely supported and commonly used as the standard viewing format in many review platforms, TIFF files are critical, because converting a diverse set of electronic records into a consistent format enables your team to easily brand, bates stamp, and redact your documents.
