4 Lung cancer claims are flowing into asbestos litigation in large numbers, and historically are far more expensive to defend than are mesothelioma cases Some doctors are surprised to hear about the new lung cancer cases moving into the litigation A panel of doctors and lawyer will talk about lung cancer claiming, and remarks regarding new papers on lung cancer, asbestos and smoking The Schrader firm is one of the firms with an increasing focus on lung cancer claims.
