3 Nikpol s EGGER Melamine and Worktop products are proudly endorsed by Sensitive Choice. Developed by the National Asthma Council Australia (NAC) the Sensitive Choice program encourages manufacturers and distributors to be asthma and allergy aware. High levels of pollutants from VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) such as formaldehyde is found in wooden building materials. These VOCs often cause respiratory issues in people - particularly asthmatics and the elderly. EGGER melamine board and worktops have lower formaldehyde levels than E0, F**** (0.3mg/l) making it the lowest level of formaldehyde to be used in manufacturing of wood based product in Australia.

ST11 The irregular matt and gloss wood grain gives this surface a very natural appearance. High Gloss lacquered acrylic boards. This surface offers an unmistakeable depth and gloss effect like no other material. ST22 A deep brushed finish with a matt gloss linear grain. A realistic surface for linear woodgrain décors. HG MAR High Gloss Micro Abrasive Resistant. This surface is resistant to everyday scratches. ST28 - FEELWOOD A natural looking synchronised grain which emphasises the characteristics of sand blasted natural wood. PG PerfectSense Gloss is a premium high gloss finish. ST29 FEELWOOD A synchronised pore partnered with the large wood grain knots gives an aged and distressed look to the surface. PM PerfectSense Matt provides a super matt lacquered finish ST30 A smooth surface with high gloss level, especially suited for white and neutral décors. ST2 A grainy, mini-pearl texture, with a medium gloss level. This surface is robust and durable. ST36 FEELWOOD A deep brushed wood texture coupled with a matt finish gives the surface an authentic feel. ST9 A Matt finish with a very low gloss level. Thermoplastic films for door applications. ST10 A surface for authentic, striking and realistic décors. SOFT - TOUCH Nanotech soft matt finish that is resistant to fingerprint marks and is soft to touch.

At Nikpol we are committed to the responsible sourcing of wood based products, we ensure this through our FSC and PEFC certifications. This means that all wood used in our products is sourced from sustainable forests. Nikpol is also proud to be part of a joint research project with the CSIRO to find a way to recycle chipboard and MDF waste. Reducing the amount of land fill created from these products each year.
