Bendix and Maria A. Diakoumakis of the law firm of Dykema Gossett PLLC (collectively, Counsel respectfully submit this Motion for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel on behalf of Allied World National Assurance Company ( Allied World, and state as follows: 1.
