13 Year 3: work placement Our Business Studies degrees offer the opportunity to undertake a 40-week work placement. o o Help from experienced placements office staff with preparing CVs, covering letters and interview techniques Work experience will inform your final research project Wide range of companies - blue chips, local, national, international, SME s, family businesses High proportion of students invited to go back to placement company upon graduation (30%)

22 Entry requirements Appropriate entry requirements include: A-levels/BTECs High school leaving examinations considered to be of an equivalent level to Advanced Level examinations in the UK International or European Baccalaureate Junior College Diploma Foundation Certificate at Bournemouth University International College If English is not your first language: IELTS (Academic) 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
