Does the program structure allow technical advisors or supervisors to visit SBCC implementers regularly to identify strengths or needs for further support? Do the advisors /supervisors visits include visits to the SBCC implementer at his or her site and observation of SBCC service delivery? Is there a checklist to guide advisor/supervisor visits?
