Here is the keyword, the philosophy of the new brand, created from the synergy between the dogtrot studio and an ancient and famous industrial group, both located in the Trevigiano province. The stability of the production group makes possible to satisfy any demand from clients regarding furniture and sales, thanks to economical investments dedicated each year to research and development of new technologies, coupled with efficiency and flexibility. And everything is made in Italy. These important fundamental characteristics permitted the development of a new project, a new brand, sorted out by dogtrot, a communication and design studio, in collaboration with Zanellato/Bortotto. We have here a team that deals with both design and communication, in charge of creative direction, from the definition of the strategy, to the operative development of the project that can consist in design, communication or even web/interactive, always characterized by a perpetual research. From the merger of these realities was created. And it is precisely here that you can insert the main keyword of the entire synergy: to grow. In fact, is a collection of furniture and accessories created for children in order to accompany them during their growth, from the baby phase (0-3 years old) to the kid phase (4-11 years old) until the teenage phase (11-18 years old). It could even continue over 18 years old, without limits. This characteristic of extreme flexibility, always being able to transform and adapt to every single needs of the different steps in a kid s life led to a very changing brand, in constant motion, playing on additions and removals, divisions and multiplications of the diverse components. Everything is based on a specific element, the principal piece of every single creation. This very particular round shaped piece, to which you can add 4 panels gave its name to the brand. Starting with the high bed, a basic element that permits you to leave some space underneath, the entire room can be used freely and transformed according to needs and circumstances. Thanks to a wide collection of products and accessories (wardrobe, bookcases installed in the middle of the room or as dividers) it is possible to obtain infinite custom made solutions.

2 2/9 can be intended as a programmable system for young s environments, making it very easy to adapt to children growing up, to trends, hobbies and interests. All of this is possible as you can safely and freely transform your own personal space. Thanks to the design and the shape of the different materials, is perfect even for adult bedrooms or the contract world. Something possible also thanks to colors of each elements: they are not only made of pink and azure. Instead, pastel colors are preferred, in harmony with the wooden shades used for the structures. Those decisions from the design team remind the classic Scandinavian design that usually uses wooden elements for finishing-offs, coupled with natural fabrics, leading to an unusual but very clear and simple aesthetic. As so we face here a real design that by definition combines the great and the functional, according to modularity, adaptability and quality principles fully made in Italy. Within, all the competences and skills are mixed together: design, selection of materials, development and presentation. All the materials used are rigorously tested according to very severe criteria for safety and sustainability. Even with such high standards, the brand considers itself really accessible, with a democratic design that offers an optimum quality-price-design ratio. The cheapness of such adjustable system that you can modify according to your needs is not the only reason for this, as you must combine it to a wise use of the best industrial technologies. There are plenty of flagship products within the collection, such as the convertible bed and the high bed, less cheap but that can add a hint of design even if purchased individually.

3 3/9 presents today its first collection, in order to extend it with future collaborations of young designers and other brands, presenting maybe later capsule collection. In fact, PIJAMA PLAYS with DOTANDCROSS is a collection created ad hoc from the collaboration between the two brands that wanted to merge their know how in order to create a line of products devoted to kids and growing up. The classic soft colored fabric made of neoprene has been the starting point to recreate in a different way some pieces of Pyjama s collections, and to create exclusive ones with a new fabric perfected by the unique texture from the Ice Cream version. As so, new pieces are created, adapted for kids and children, matching perfectly the bedroom DotandCross: from the small backpacks, schoolbags, kit bags and play mats until more practical accessories for parents such as diaper bags. 4 4/9 PRODUCTS PROFILE is a new brand imagined by dogtrot, a communication and design studio, in collaboration with Zanellato /Bortotto. It was created thanks to the synergy between designers and an ancient industrial group of the Trevigiano Province. It is characterized by the constant research of new technologies, united with flexibility and efficiency, and everything made in Italy. In fact, is a collection of furniture and accessories created for children in order to accompany them during their growth, from the baby phase (0-3 years old) to the kid phase (4-11 years old) until the teenage phase (11-18 years old). It could even continue over 18 years old, without limits. The modularity and the flexibility of the entire system is guaranteed by fundamental elements, already patented, made of polypropylene and fiberglass. Those pieces, with an innovative round shaped design can be attached with 4 panels in numerous arrangements, giving its name to the brand. Thanks to this play on insertions you can create shelves, bookcases, wardrobes, in order to fulfill any demands from any clients, for private houses or for the contract world. Some products represent perfectly the philosophy of the project: flexibility. Starting with the high bed, a basic element that permits you to leave some space underneath, the entire room can be used freely and transformed according to needs and circumstances. Thanks to a wide collection of products and accessories (wardrobe, bookcases installed in the middle of the room or as a divider) it is possible to obtain infinite custom made solutions. Moreover, every single product, such as beds of even shelves and wardrobes are designed according to the same patterns. Doing so, it is always possible to combine them according to every desire. The high bed is a real system that can be used to furnish the entire room. The structure is made of solid fir-tree. There are two possible measures: single (90x200cm mattress) and small double (125x200 cm). The same for the height: 139 cm or 181 cm. You can put a second bed underneath, a sofa bed, a desk, shelves or other furniture. You can even create a playground area for kids. The protective elements, 100% made in Italy, even made of solid wood, are covered with soft polyurethane and cotton fabrics and guarantying safety and comfort. Even the small convertible bed, with a metal structure and ABS and lather panels made of polyurethane is really flexible. As furniture created for kids, panels are also covered with soft cotton fabrics. The use of these materials allows to get rid of protective elements, still ensuring a high level of safety. The fact that you can take of all

5 5/9 the covers ensure perfect hygiene conditions as well as the possibility to change colors and texture. At the convertible bed, the crib is used as a round shaped love nest, just as an embrace, somewhere you can sleep but also start playing. Later, it will easily turns into a comfortable sofa. The desk adjusts itself to the child s growth, until adolescence. Thanks to very simple mechanisms on the two opposite sides, made of colored metal, it is possible to change de height of the desk, from a small table to a real desk for studies. Among products with a high aesthetical-design value, you must mention the crib. The inside, made of soft cotton fabric that you can take off for washing, is coupled to a metal structure. The fir-wood legs were thought to ensure the maximum stability. For every piece of the collections, colors are not only limited to pink and azure. 6 6/9 TEAM PROJECT Dogtrot (Margherita Rui and Alessandro Rado) is a communication and design studio located in Carbonera (Trevigiano Province), in the city of Tiepolo Passi. The founders, Margherita Rui (Creative Director) and Alessandro Rado (Strategic Planner), are married. From the definition of the strategy, Dogtrot accompanies the operative development of every single project. Using the experience of the customer, Dogtrot proposes an idea, just like a tailor made costume. Always searching for new ideas. It is in this place that were created several start-ups such as Love For, the online video review dedicated to design; Sweet Journal, dealing with the latest novelties related to sweet food;, company dedicated to kids furniture; Silverfiled, a new camping project inspired to the airstream world. Zanellato/Bortotto è uno studio di design con sede a Treviso. I fondatori e co-direttori dello studio sono Giorgia Zanellato e Daniele Bortotto, che iniziano il loro sodalizio a Losanna, in Svizzera. Nel 2013, in occasione del Salone del Mobile di Milano, i due presentano la collezione Acqua Alta, all interno del Salone Satellite. Il progetto si distingue subito e diventa l occasione per cimentarsi in un lungo e accurato lavoro di ricerca che continua tutt oggi. Allo stesso tempo collaborano con aziende storiche e conosciute come Rubelli e Moroso.
