1 COM140: INTERNET RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATIONS SYLLABUS LECTURE HOURS/CREDITS: 3/3 CATALOG DESCRIPTION Prerequisite: ENG101 English Composition I This course provides an introduction to Internet services and resources for communication, collaboration and research. COM140 is currently listed as a communications elective for students pursuing a Communications Options degree, one of GCC s top-ten programs by enrollment.
