3 FdSc GAMES TECHNOLOGY UCAS Code: G450 FdSc MUSIC TECHNOLOGY UCAS Code: J931 GAMES PLAYER TO GAMES DEVELOPER. MUSIC LOVER TO MUSIC PRO. Love gaming? Fancy a career as games designer, producer, animator, programmer, editor, audio engineer? Games Technology is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK and this course has been designed to prepare you for a range of careers, including games design, production, animation and modelling, programming, project management and audio engineering. You will learn in our real world studio and will work with games companies studying games architecture, games development, audio and video for games. You will learn on Autodesk 3DAS Max, Maya, Mudbox, Adobe Photoshop, Audio software and CryEngine. Confetti is a key partner in GameCity Europe s best loved video games festival. Confetti also has a relationship with games company Crytek. Confetti was the only choice for me. The amount of contact with industry professionals gave me a lot of hope of achieving my dreams. I have now got an amazing network of contacts that I can approach for industry knowledge as well as putting my work out there. Victoria Van Garrett, Confetti games graduate Confetti s course will teach you how to record, produce and mix to industry standards offering a route to careers as Film Sound Designer/Editors, Freelance Recording, Mixing and Mastering Engineers, Recording Studio Owners, Acousticians and Radio Technicians. Students are taught in Confetti s commercial recording studio Electric Mayhem. The facility includes the legendary Neve VR60 recording console, Studer 24-TrackTape, Pro Tools HD and a range of high-end microphones and outboard equipment from companies such as Neumann, AKG, Coles, Focusrite and Urei. Other facilities at Confetti include state-of-the-art recording, mixing and mastering suites and recording studios.
