The rate is calculated by dividing the number of students who completed the program of study within the Normal Time (as defined below) during the Award Year by the total number of students who completed the program during the Award Year. Normal Time for: (i) an associate degree program of study is seven consecutive academic quarters (2) (ii) a bachelor degree program of study is eight consecutive academic semesters or fourteen academic quarters depending on the program (2) ; and (iii) a master s degree program of study is four consecutive academic semesters or six academic quarters (2). The Normal Time is not affected by any credits that a student may transfer into, or test out of, his or her program of study. The Normal Time of a new program of study to which a student transfers at the institution begins on the date that the student began attending the program of study at the institution from which he or she transferred. 8 (3) This is an estimate of the total tuition that will be charged for a student to complete the program of study within the Normal Time of that program of study. This assumes that the student will: begin the program of study in the Fall academic semester or academic quarter in 2013; take a full-time course load each academic semester or academic quarter until the student graduates from the program of study, unless the number of credits required to graduate from the program in the student s last academic semester or last academic quarter of attendance is less than a full-time course load, in which case the student is assumed to take all of the courses containing all of the remaining credits required to graduate during that last academic semester or academic quarter; not transfer in, or test out of, any credits; successfully complete each course in the program of study and make satisfactory academic progress through graduation from the program of study; and take only those courses required to graduate from the program of study and not repeat, withdraw from or fail any of those courses. Daniel Webster College may, at any time in its discretion, revise the curriculum content of the program of study or any course in the program of study and change the number of credit hours in the program of study or in any course in the program of study. The tuition for each program course that a student is registered to take from Daniel Webster College is determined by multiplying the tuition per credit hour by the number of credit hours in the program course. The tuition for each academic semester or academic quarter in which a student is enrolled in a program of study offered by Daniel Webster College is determined by multiplying the tuition per credit hour by the total number of credit hours in all of the program courses that the student is registered to take during the academic semester or academic quarter. The tuition for the entire program of study in which a student is enrolled is determined by multiplying the tuition per credit hour by the total number of credit hours in all of the courses in that program of study. The tuition for all of the credit hours in all of the program courses that a student is registered to take from Daniel Webster College during an academic semester or academic quarter is due and payable by the student to Daniel Webster College on the first day of that semester. Daniel Webster College may, at any time and from time to time in its discretion, increase the tuition per credit hour charged to students for courses in any program of study offered by Daniel Webster College by publishing the higher tuition per credit hour in the Catalog at least 60 days before the effective date of the increase. Please refer to the Tuition and Fees section of the Catalog for information regarding adjustments to the tuition per credit hour at Daniel Webster College. A student will be obligated to pay Daniel Webster College the higher tuition per credit hour with respect to any program course that (a) the student is registered to take from Daniel Webster College and (b) begins after the effective date of the increase. Students should expect the College to increase, at least once during any calendar year, the tuition per credit hour charged for courses offered by Daniel Webster College. The estimated tuition assumes that a student enrolled in a semester credit hour program will begin the program of study in the Fall academic semester in 2013 and will take five courses in each of the: first and second academic semesters at the tuition per credit hour of $503 for undergraduate programs and $595 for graduate programs; third and fourth academic semesters at the estimated tuition per credit hour of $518 for undergraduate programs and $615 for graduate programs; fifth and sixth academic semesters at the estimated tuition per credit hour of $534; seventh and eighth academic semesters at the estimated tuition per credit hour of $550. The estimated tuition assumes that a student enrolled in a quarter credit hour online program will begin the program of study in the Fall academic quarter in 2013 and will take three courses in each of the: first through sixth academic quarters at the tuition per credit hour of $290 for undergraduate programs and $415 for graduate programs; seventh through tenth academic quarters at the estimated tuition per credit hour of $299; eleventh through fourteenth academic quarters at the estimated tuition per credit hour of $308.
