1 Where the Arts Come Alive! DIGITAL DISPLAY GUIDE & SPECIFICATIONS Patrick Woods Denver Theatre District
2 ABOUT THE DENVER THEATRE DISTRICT The Denver Theatre District (DTD) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) created to enhance downtown Denver through public art investment, city and regional art and cultural promotions. Our mission is to facilitate entertaining and cultural signage and activation, stimulate economic activity and promote the arts within the DTD S geographic boundaries. ABOUT THE DTD DIGITAL DISPLAYS Under an agreement with Branded Cities, the Denver Theatre District has a partnership to publicly promote art and cultural-based works through an ad-supported allocation structure. The DTD utilizes four digital displays (See Map) along with numerous static billboards throughout the DTD boundaries to promote and support qualifying art and activation installments. Please Note: Denver Arts and Venues manages the additional digital billboards located in the District. For every advertisement sign sold within the DTD boundaries, 15% of the gross revenues get reinvested back into the District. Additionally, the DTD receives a minimum of 15% of the airtime on the four aforementioned digital billboards to promote qualifying community submissions and commissions. QUALIFYING ENTITIES The DTD does not charge an advertising fee to display promotional content on its four LED boards. However, this opportunity is ONLY available to regional arts and cultural community and not for the use of corporate or large for-profit entities. AIRTIME ROTATION SCHEDULING To accommodate all qualifying entities, the DTD follows the enclosed submission guidelines: o Only one promotional display may run, PER GROUP, at any given time. o Approved digital displays may run for a maximum of 30 days. o Airtime and schedules are not guaranteed and may change at any time. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS Submissions must follow the enclosed guidelines: o All submitted displays are subject to DTD and Branded Cities approval. Content primarily containing commercial and/or for-profit promotion will not be approved within the DTD s rotation. Commercial advertisers should contact Branded Cities directly. o Motion-based submissions may not exceed a final production length of 10-seconds. o Content must be submitted in final format according these requirements and enclosed specifications listed in this document by location. The DTD is not available to assist groups and/or individuals with video and graphic production. CONTENT SUBMISSION & QUESTIONS Patrick Woods PWoods@DenverTheatreDistrict.com
