1 Business Summary The following is a summary of Southern California Edison s (SCE) tariffs and programs for small, medium, and large power customers, typically called General Service (GS) customers. Eligibility for all SCE general service and industrial rate schedules (with the exception of GS-1) require that, at minimum, customers monthly maximum exceeds 20 kw or exceeds 20 kw in any three months during the preceding 12 months. Maximum may be initially determined by SCE or when 20 kw is exceeded in any three months out of the previous 12 months. GS customers are also eligible for various response programs. For information on response programs, please see the Response Programs guide online at Special Conditions for Time-of-Use (TOU) s A commitment is required for all optional TOU. Seasonal TOU energy, unless otherwise noted, are in effect as follows: the summer season begins at 12:00 a.m. on June 1, and continues until 12:00 a.m. on October 1, each year. All other periods comprise the winter season.
