9 Payments: Online and manual payments Hirers can view their bills in their account, and click a button on the bill to pay it instantly Payments are automatically matched to the invoice and the invoice is marked as Paid Cheque/cash & BACS payments can be added manually and matched to an invoice. Refunds can also be recorded GoCardless fee s are 1% with a maximum charge of 2 per transaction The administrator can mark the payment as reconciled when they see it come through the bank account Encourages hirers to pay it as soon as they see their bill, rather than forget about it Hirer can see they have paid, and so can the administrator.
