4 Course Overview The curriculum for the CHRMP Course has been created to meet the needs of those professionals who want to get a detailed, step-by-step, practical and procedural knowledge of HR. Some 70 percent of the curriculum is designed to cover a broad range of HR functional areas in order to sharpen Core HR functional practices and expose participants to areas of work in which they may have limited experience. The remaining 30 percent of the curriculum is designed to enhance each participant s strategic thinking by providing them the knowledge of New Concepts in HR in order to help them become more effective HR Professionals. 8 Admission Guide Registration to CHRMP is subject to formally going through the application process. We encourage you to apply early because class size is limited and enrolment is on a first come first served basis. Admission to CHRMP will be given on merit. The candidate must possess at-least a Bachelor's degree, OR should be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in any university. Admission to the Course will certainly be cancelled if at any time during the course of study, the documents of the candidate are found to be incorrect, false, or invalid. The Interested candidates are required to submit the following documents: a) Registration Form (Completely filled), b) Copy of CNIC, c) Two recent passport-sized photographs, d) Photocopies of educational degrees e) If the Candidates are being sponsored by their employer then they must provide a sponsorship letter on the company letter-head.
