There are 600+ free car parking spaces and the stadium is also easily accessible by public transport. The stadium plays host to four large concourse areas which make great spaces for exhibitors. There is also 280m² worth of external space which we'll be using for outdoor demonstrations and technical practical sessions. We're looking for technical based presentations that will be of interest to the attendees. Delivering a seminar or practical demonstration will allow you to get your company and products in front of show attendees. The seminar slots will vary from minutes, depending on the topic of choice. Please note: we don't want 30 minutes of a sales pitch, but obviously we expect your products will form an aspect of your talk. If any company wishes to share a stand with another exhibitor, the organisers must be informed immediately (all requests will be forwarded to BPCA). This option is at the discretion of the organisers, and may be withdrawn. - Full terms and conditions of exhibiting will be sent with your exhibitor s manual prior to the event. - Any company leaving BPCA Membership between booking their stand and the date of the show will be surcharged for the difference between member and non-member rates.
