4 Level 1 Cloud Engage Lite What s Included The Cloud Engage Lite package provides you with all you need to get setup on Office 365 and beyond. We will deliver a tailored migration plan which enables full and efficient transition of your users and mailboxes. We will then action this plan alongside your business, or manage the process entirely depending on your needs. After the migration is complete we will be immediately available to support you to ensure everything runs smoothly. Introduction to Office 365 One of our Technical consultants will attend an on-site meeting to discuss the full benefits of Office 365 to ensure that as a business you can maximise your cloud investment, drive collaboration and efficiency across all areas of your organisation. Migration strategy Our Exchange consultants will work with you to create a tailored migration plan and ensure that our strategy and approach accurately reflect your business goals. We will create a specific migration plan to match your requirements. User Account Migration Using the customised plan, we will undertake the Office 365 migration either working alongside your existing technical staff to ensure a strong level of knowledge transfer, or a complete managed migration undertaken purely by us. Post Migration Support Service Management As part of the Cloud Engage Lite Programme, we will undertake a quarterly health check review of your mailboxes and configuration to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Additional Services Additional support agreements will be discussed with you to determine how you could benefit from a managed support contract.

5 Level 2 Cloud Engage Plus What s Included The Cloud Engage Plus package will provide you with all you need to get set up on Office 365. We will provide you with a tailored migration plan to enable full and efficient transition of your users and mailboxes. We will then action this plan alongside your business, or manage the process entirely depending on your needs. After the migration is complete we will be immediately available to support you to ensure everything runs smoothly. Introduction to Office 365 One of our Technical consultants will visit you on-site and discuss the full benefits of Office 365, ensuring that your business can maximise your cloud investment and drive collaboration and efficiency across all areas of your organisation. We will also discuss with you and offer guidance on augmenting your business strategy inline with technology to ensure that you optimise your productivity. Migration Strategy Our Exchange consultants will work with you to create a tailored migration plan and ensure that our strategy and approach accurately reflect your business goals. Along with the planning for your user migration, we will create a tailored plan to migrate your business applications onto the Office 365 platform. Migration Process Using your bespoke plan we will undertake the migration, either working alongside your existing technical staff to ensure a strong level of knowledge transfer, or a complete managed migration undertaken purely by us. This migration process will also include the migration of your existing business applications to Office 365. We also have a suite of business applications that we have designed to meet some of today's productivity challenges including Document Management, Policies and Procedure Control, Holiday/Absence Requests, Expenses Management, Purchase Requests, Capital Expenditure Requests and many more. Training Upon completion of the migration process, we will provide administration and application maintenance training to ensure that you remain in control of your systems. Post Migration Support Following the migration process, we will give you three days of post migration support to use with our service desk to ensure that we capture any issues that may have arisen from the migration and ensure that your and business apps are functioning as expected. Service Management As part of the Cloud Engage Plus Programme, we will undertake a quarterly health check review of your mailboxes and configuration, in addition to ensuring your business applications are running smoothly. We will then action this plan alongside your business, or manage the process entirely depending on your needs. After the migration is complete we will be immediately available to support you to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition we will also work with you to develop a technology strategy roadmap to help plan out the life-cycle and evolution of your systems. Migration Strategy Our Exchange consultants will work with you to create a tailored migration plan and ensure that our strategy and approach accurately reflect your business goals. In addition to the planning for your user migration, we will also create a tailored plan to migrate your business applications onto the Office 365 platform. Finally we will also produce a tailored plan to migrate any existing application data that you may wish to retain during the process. Migration Process Using your bespoke plan, we will undertake the migration either working alongside your existing technical staff to ensure a strong level of knowledge transfer, or undertake the complete managed migration ourselves. This migration process will include the migration of data between your existing business applications and your new cloud based business apps. Training Upon completion of the migration process, we will provide administration and application maintenance training so you remain in control of your systems. We will also provide tailored application development training for your employees to help enhance your cloud based business services. Post Migration Support Once the migration process is complete we will provide you five days of post migration support to use with our service desk to ensure capture and resolve any issues that may have arisen from the migration and ensure your and business apps are functioning as expected. Service Management As part of the Cloud Engage Pro Programme, we will undertake a quarterly health check review of your mailboxes and configuration, as well as your business applications to ensure that everything is running smoothly. We will also keep you up to date with the latest technology announcements that could further enhance your business. We will also provide a monthly on-site visit from one of our consultants to ensure progress and evolution of your system is on target against your original strategic goals set at the start of the process. These days will be used to provide additional consultancy, development or training as required. Additional Services Additional support agreements will be discussed with you to determine how you could benefit from a managed support contract.
