5 Comfort, that pays off Access control for corporate premises and parking area Access manages all access rights to your company s premises, parking area as well as sensitive data, and provides you with various identificational terminals. Our access control system can be integrated into already existing systems and combined with other modules, such as time recording or an alarm server. For quick, visual identification, the SmartCards can be furnished with process- color printing. By personalizing the ID card the combination of photo and name the owner can legitimize him- or herself clearly by showing his or her ID card. Time recording The integration of our time recording system into your IT infrastructure replaces the often labor-intensive task of manual time recording: The collected data is automatically transferred to your salary accounting programs. Staff identification Access to lockers and safes Lock systems for safes and lockers can also be operated with a SmartCard. Clothing machine The ID card allows your staff members to receive their working clothes at any time and without additional labor costs. Cashless payment in the canteen and at vending machines The digital ID card is also an electronic purse and supports cashless payment in the cafeteria, at vending machines for beverages and food or at the copier for making private copies. All transactions are automatically paid for by direct debit. At pay machines, customers and/or employees may at any time redeem a SmartCard as well as deposit or withdraw money. Single-Sign-On Single-Sign-On enables easy log-on to the system by simply inserting the card and ente- ring a PIN code. From then on, all applications can be used without re-identification. Employees who work from home can establish a secure connection to your network with the SmartCard. Digital signature Today, it is already possible to sign documents digitally. A plug-in for Microsoft Office and the data certificate stored on the chip is all the user needs to sign documents. You can be sure that the integrity and identity can be verified at any time. 6 time recording Our time recording system replaces the difficult manual time recording and can easily be combined with access control systems. By using IT systems to optimize your costs you can effectively relieve the daily workload of your personnel department. The Time recording system fulfills these requirements. Our system is flexible, easy to use, reliable and can integrate into your existing system. The system then automatically transfers these so-called TimeSeals to your payroll calculation system. To keep your administrative expenses as low as possible, the time terminal can be integrated into your company s personnel EDP structure. This way the data is available for processing at any time.
