Debbie Ellison, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Director of Laughter for Wellness, will present the benefits of laughter for healthcare providers and patients, and you will participate in a fun, experiential laughter session. Scientific research has proven that laughter strengthens the immune system; decreases stress; increases joyfulness and a positive attitude; decreases depression and negative feelings; improves symptoms of cancer and other chronic illnesses; decreases pain; speeds recovery; and much more.
