2 RESIDENTIAL DESIGN SERVICE OKA s Residential Design Service is a range of bespoke services for homeowners, developers and buy-to-let investors looking to furnish or add value to their property. With over ten years experience at the heart of interior design we will bring our unique and much loved design aesthetic to bear on your property, adding value and creating a wonderful home. We undertake projects of all sizes throughout the UK, Europe and globally. We offer a range of services, from furniture only packages to a fully bespoke interior design and installation turn-key service. For a one-off design fee of 500, our talented designers will work on your project from concept to completion. This includes an initial consultation at one of our showrooms, a site visit and a presentation consisting of plans, sample boards, and a visual shopping list to work from. On the following pages your will find sample schemes illustrating a range of options for differing budgets, which will give you a flavour of what we can achieve. Our furniture packages offer a solution for those who do not have the time or resources to undertake an involved interior design process, offering a rapid speed of installation at a competitive price. Our basic schemes start from 10,500 (for a one bedroom pied-à-terre). 3 Annabel Astor Annabel is a successful, serial entrepreneur with a steady focus on creative businesses. She was the owner and designer behind the innovative and highly successful Annabel Jones jewellery business which boasted clients including members of the royal family, international heads of state and stars of stage and screen. In 1999 she set up OKA, and the last decade has been dedicated to building this multi-million pound business. BEAUTIFUL & UNUSUAL DESIGN Sue Jones Sue s background is in fashion: she spent ten years working with designer Jasper Conran before setting up OKA with Annabel and Lucinda. She has a distinctive and eclectic style creating original, contemporary schemes by mixing design classics with unexpected junk shop finds. She has a passion for the Orient and you will often find this reflected in her designs. Lucinda Waterhouse Lucinda is a designer and keen horticulturist, a passion that was reflected in her former business, which created and sold unique arrangements of beautiful and very realistic fake flowers. She has a fantastic eye for design and a particular passion for pieces in natural materials such as wood and rattan. OKA was founded in 1999, the retail brainchild of three highly talented British designers; Annabel Astor, Sue Jones and Lucinda Waterhouse. Over the years, OKA has grown in size and stature to become a prestigious brand that is widely recognised for its outstanding collections of furniture and accessories for the home.
