3 Sign In To sign in, please enter the User Name and Password (sent in the enrollment ) into the Log In page. The page can be found at the following url: If you have forgotten your password, please press the Forgot Password? link. 3

4 Please enter your User Name and press the Submit button. Your current password will be sent to your address. 4

5 Initial Login Upon successful, initial login, a browser check will be done. If your browser s pop-up blocker is active, you will be seeing the page below: To continue, you must either: Add this website ( to your pop-up blocker settings/exceptions, or Follow the instructions in this website (kindly refer only to the browser you are currently using): 5

6 My Courses The My Courses tab contains the list of modules currently assigned to you under one Course (in this case, it s the Basic Training Course 1). To open the first module, click on the Launch button on the right-side of the module name (a pop-up window will be opened containing the module). 6

7 At this point, the pop-up module window will be displayed. Click the START button to start the module. 7

8 Saving Progress When in the middle of a module, you can save your progress by clicking the window s close button (upper-right X button ). 8

9 Completing the Module When you reach the end of any module, you will be notified that you may review the module or save your completion. To save your completion, you can simply click on the Close button beside the Review button. Please don t use the upper-right red X button to close the window when you have completed any module. 9

10 Reviewing the Course or a Module When you finish any module or the entire course, the module/course will be moved to your My Achievements tab. Click this tab and you will see the all the courses you have completed. To review a module, either click the View yellow button under the Courses column (see below) or the All Courses link. 10

11 Click on the View button under the LearnTrack column to view your course certificate for that course. Click on the View button under the Courses column to review any of your completed modules, and then click the Launch button to open the module. 11

12 Troubleshooting Modules During the course of your learning session with any of the modules, you may encounter technical difficulties like: module stops loading (loading percentage stops) module hangs in the middle of your learning session To prevent this from re-occurring, you may refresh the module page by right-clicking inside the module window (available white space on the left or right side of the module --- see sample screenshot below) and selecting Refresh (for Internet Explorer) or Reload (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari) from the pop-up menu. 12

13 Installing the Adobe Flash Plugin Adobe Flash is required to view the courses. If the browser does not have Adobe Flash installed yet, follow the steps below. Open the selected browser that requires the plugin and go to Click the download now button and follow the instructions on the next page to install the plugin 13

14 Installing the Adobe Reader Plugin Adobe Flash is required to view some attached files and the certificate of completion. If the browser does not have Adobe Reader installed yet, follow the steps below. Open the selected browser that requires the plugin and go to Click the download now button and follow the instructions on the next page to install the plugin. 14

15 Installing the Agenda Tabular Font In order to view the courses properly, the Agenda Tabular Font must be installed in the computer that you are using. To install the font, download the font from the provided link: Open the zip file and extract the font file by dragging it out of the window to your Desktop. 15

16 To install the font, drag and drop it from your Desktop into the C:\windows\fonts folder 16
