1 Day 1 Fly to London Leave United States on overnight flight to London Day 2 London Arrive and meet your hosts at the airport. Our tour begins in the shadow of Big Ben at Westminster Pier with a cruise on the River Thames offering stunning views of The Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Shakespeare s Globe Theatre and St. Paul s Cathedral. Tour the Tower of London with a Beefeater and visit the Crown Jewels. Dinner will be at Weatherspoons Restaurant.

2 Day 3 Oxford We leave early for Oxford on the train and visit the Eagle and Child, the pub (affectionately known as the Bird and Baby ) where the Inklings, the famous group of writers, met. This is followed by a tour of The Kilns where C. S. Lewis lived, and a visit to Trinity Church where he worshipped. Tour Magdalen College where Lewis lectured and stroll along Addison s Walk where he became a Theist. Dinner will be a hearty fish and chips at a local pub. Return to London.

3 Day 4 London Visit All Souls, Langham Place: the church led for many years by the Rev. Dr John Stott Afterwards we will take the Underground to St. James for a walk through the park and view the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. We will then proceed after lunch to Westminster Abbey for evensong and we will see Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Afterwards a ride on the London Eye will complete our day (supplementary). Dinner will be at a Pizza Parlour called Pizza Express.

4 Day 5 Cambridge Today we visit Cambridge for the first day of Rekindling the Vision by Ranald Macaulay. After a 45 minute train ride we arrive in Cambridge and will visit The Round Church. After watching a 22 minute video, Saints and Scholars, which describes how Cambridge grew to be one of the best Universities in the world, we will leave on a walking tour of the city which will be both enlightening and give us a sense of history. After lunch we will hear Part I of Rekindling the Vision: Recovering the Past. After a meal together at La Tasca, a Spanish Tapas Restaurant, we will then return to London.

5 Day 6 (London) Take the Underground to the British Museum where Keith Berry provides clear archaeological evidence for many biblical events. In the afternoon we will have a tour around St. Paul s Cathedral and then attend evensong inside this magnificent old Church designed by Sir Christopher Wren. The evening will be spent at a theatre in the West End

6 Day 7 Cambridge Today we will return to Cambridge for the second day of Rekindling the Vision. We will start the day with Parts II and III of Rekindling the Vision Part II: Challenging the Present Part III: Shaping the Future Afternoon free for punting on the River Cam or shopping. Leave for London on evening train after a dinner at a Mexican Restaurant next to the River Cam.

7 Day 8 Edinburgh We will say goodbye to London for a few days and take the train to Edinburgh. After checking into our Hotel we will visit Edinburgh Castle which dominates the southern skyline. From here we will visit Princes Street Garden in all its splendour. After a Scottish dinner we will return to our hotel to prepare for a special day. Day 9 Edinburgh After breakfast we will be met by a local tour specialist who will show us around this great city. We will visit St. Giles Cathedral known as the High Kirk of Edinburgh and the mother Church of Presbyterianism. We will then walk by the home of John Knox. Walking down past the Martyrs tomb we will visit Greyfriars Church and Greyfriars graveyard, home to Greyfriars Bobby from a movie by that name. Here we will follow the history of the Covenanters. Then onto the National Museum of Scotland. Here we will see the history of this great nation. Dinner will be at a Scottish pub.
