Ntes: In mst cmputer-based web brwsers, t pen menus used t clear yur cache, ckies, and histry, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windws) r Cmmand-Shift- Delete (Mac). If this desn't wrk, fllw the apprpriate instructins belw. If yu dn't see instructins belw fr yur specific versin r brwser, search yur brwser's Helpmenu fr "clear cache". If yu're unsure what brwser versin yu're using, frm the Help menu r yur brwser's menu, select Abut [brwser name]. In Internet Explrer and Firefx, if yu dn't see the menu bar, press Alt. T clear yur entire cache, select the beginning f time. 3. Click Clear brwsing data. 4. Exit/quit all brwser windws and re-pen the brwser. Firefx 1. Frm the Histry menu, select Clear Recent Histry. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt t make it visible. 2. Frm the Time range t clear: drp-dwn menu, select the desired range; t clear yur entire cache, select Everything. 3. Next t "Details", click the dwn arrw t chse which elements f the histry t clear; t clear yur entire cache, select all items. 4. Click Clear Nw. 5. Exit/quit all brwser windws and re-pen the brwser. Micrsft Edge 1. In the tp right, click the Hub icn (lks like three hrizntal lines). 2. Click the Histry icn, and then select Clear all histry. 3. Select Brwsing histry, then Ckies and saved website data, and then Cached data and files. Click Clear. 4. After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/quit all brwser windws and re-pen the brwser.
