Installation of new cooling towers Installation of condense water services pipe work Installation of control valves Removal, modification and installation of new and existing controls to re-configure the existing BMS system and incorporate inverter for control Test and commissioning
8 NATURE OF PROJECT: Full Mechanical Services & BMS to a Data Centre AVERAGE LABOUR STRENGTH: 20 Operatives CONTRACT PERIOD: 6 Months Commerical Building Data Centre Comms Room Cooling and Humidification UPS Room Cooling LV Switchboard Room Heating and Ventilation BMS System Office Air Conditioning and Ventilation HV Incoming Room Heating and Ventilation Toilet Core Heating, Ventilation, Hot & Cold Water Services and Sanitary Ware Testing & Commissioning PROJECT DETAILS This project consisted of the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 9 no Down Flow chilled water air handling units, full function including temperature and humidity control, complete with open floor stands, supply air to heavy duty floor mounted supply grilles located in the cold aisles. 3 no free Cooling Chillers, tandem buffer vessels, stainless steel pipe work.
9 PROJECT DETAILS The Project consisted of the removal of 5 existing watercooled chillers and replaced with 3 new air-cooled chillers, whilst maintaining the integrity of the building. 11 PROJECT DETAILS This Project consisted of the removal and replacement of a VRV System with a total of 5 fan coil units of various types. CONTRACT: BASEMENT OPEN PLAN OFFICE OF A SIX STOREY COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN LONDON. NATURE OF PROJECT: REPLACEMENT OF 1 NO DAIKIN VRV HEAT PUMP SYSTEM. AVERAGE LABOUR STRENGTH: 2 Operatives CONTRACT PERIOD: 2-weeks R22 Replacement Office Refurbishment London REPLACE The equipment used was the latest replacement range from Daikin enabling the re-use of the existing R22 pipe work whilst also allowing the upgrade to some of the most efficient systems in the market. The scheme consisted of the following elements: Installation of 1 new outdoor unit Installation of 5 new indoor units Pressure testing of pipe work Evacuating and charging of system Reconfiguring of existing control system Testing & Commissioning

The equipment used was the latest replacement range from Daikin enabling the re-use of the existing R22 pipe work whilst also allowing the upgrade to some of the most efficient systems in the market. The scheme consisted of the following elements: Installation of 2 new outdoor units Installation of 14 new indoor units Pressure testing of pipe work Evacuating and charging of system Reconfiguring of existing control system Testing & Commissioning AC Replacement CONTRACT: Local Glazing Company MAIN CONTRACTOR: Airconaire Limited NATURE OF PROJECT: Replacement of 1 Daikin VRV Systems AVERAGE LABOUR STRENGTH: 2 Operatives CONTRACT PERIOD: 4-weeks
13 Office Refurbishment Installation of 10 new outdoor units Installation of 93 new indoor units Pressure Testing of pipe work Evacuating and charging of system Reconfiguring of existing control systems Testing & Commissioning CONTRACT: Offices - Southeast MAIN CONTRACTOR: Airconaire Limited NATURE OF PROJECT: Refrigeration/AC replacement of R407c Units AVERAGE LABOUR STRENGTH: 6 Operatives PROJECT DETAILS CONTRACT PERIOD: 12-weeks This Project consisted of the removal and replacement of 10 no VRF Systems with a total of 93 ducted fan coil units. The equipment used was the latest replacement multi range from Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems enabling the re-use of the existing R407C pipe work whilst also allowing the upgrade to some of the most efficient systems in the market.
