2 Profile of the Company Allow me to introduce you the company IDONA spol. s r.o., Bánovce nad Bebravou. IDONA is a Slovak interior and furniture producer with successful 20 years old history, and it is concentrated in the exceptional technical and design solutions. We pamper our clients with uniqueness in details, constant innovation depending on the client taste and we enchant them with the sophistication, the uniqueness and exclusive accessories. The style masters the space. The Company IDONA /founded in 1989/ produces furniture and furnishes the atypical hotel interiors, offices, banks and other atypical areas where it is necessary to match the delicate hand of an architect with the production process in order to create an individual and elegant interior. The production company IDONA s.r.o. is currently employing approximately 50 employees, who are much experienced in the field. The company disposes the high-quality technologies on the basis of CNC machines, which are mainly German production, in its production process operated and programmed by experienced workers with colledge and university education. The staff work in two shifts operation. One part of the company is also the Project and Production planning Department, where designers prepare the documentation for each element of the production, which has been previously discussed with the architect. Such documentation is retained for a minimum of 10 years. The current production line focuses mainly on: 1. Office furniture 2. Hotel furniture 3. Atypical furniture IDONA s.r.o. is an authorized manufacturer and supplier of the furniture for Showroom Skoda Auto Slovakia.

3 Just recently we have delivered the interiors for the Old Town Hall in Bratislava and the interiors for the Winter Stadium in Bratislava. In 2010, we opened our own showroom under the brand name IDONA design, located in the premises of the PASSAGE in Jesenskeho Street. Our furniture is complemented by the design elements of selected brands here in order to create a complete interior furnishing offer. The company has been a holder of the standard ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate since 2005 in the area of the design and production of the furniture and interior furnishing. The quality of our products were rewarded by some professional committees, of which I state: - the appreciation in the national competition The National award for the design in the Price of the President of the European Furniture Manufacturers Federation /U.E.A/ at the Furniture and housing exhibition the Prices of the Furniture and housing Fair in the years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009 for exhibits of the hotel and office furniture. We provide a standard guarantee of 36 months on our products, and we guarantee another 60 months for the customer service with the possibility to order furniture additionally. Yours faithfully, Ing. THE OFFICE PROGRAM Office Furniture City Office, City Office Compact, and Office Light represent a new Slovak furniture, which is the result of cooperation among an architect and a designer with a team of design engineers and a production itself. They are composed as simple, transparent and functional systems for complex office furnishing with the use of high quality material range and mid-range. The clean individual proportions of the components and their simple combination allow us to create a variety of space composition. Programmes include working and negotiating tables, containers, cabinets, bookcases, shelves, mobile elements and other elements, which harmonized in a style. The style characterizes the city office of the third millennium. They are produced in several designs. The base is a combination of three materials: -laminate DTD /particleboard/ - dark Walnut veneer, laminate DTD option - aluminium natural alox. The pedestals are made of sprayed steel or are made of polished chrome. Paravans are covered with high quality fabric. Office systems offer unlimited possibilities for combinations of aesthetically and functionally perfect furniture sets. Both programs are complemented by aluminium furniture fittings, which underline their cosmopolitan style and can be made in the implementation of the compact / 12 mm compact board /

5 2. HOTEL FURNITURE Hotel furniture Hotel Line and Hotel Light have been developed with respect of used materials to meet the customers high demands but also to satisfy the less ones. Both systems consist of cupboards, chest of drawers, beds and bed side tables. The individual furniture elements allow a variable settings to different types of hotel rooms. They can also have special components, such as a table with suitcase storage. The materials used in a high-quality range of Hotel Line are: bleached oak combined with american walnut. For a simpler variant of Hotel Light, we chose less expensive laminate materials in various designs. 3. SECTORAL FURNITURE 4. ATYPICAL FURNITURE Atypical furniture-company IDONA is focused, except above mentioned production, also on the production of atypical furniture. Implementation is possible: a/ according to the customer's project b/ experienced company designers and engineers develop the Interior project, according to the requirements of an individual customer s wish.
