2 Welcome to the Bond Hotel, Blackpool Door-to-Door Transport We can provide an optional door to door transport service that can be arranged at an extra cost, from anywhere in the UK. This can take the pressure and stress out of driving allowing your holiday to begin that little bit sooner. During your stay our coaches are available for day trips to various destinations throughout the North West. There is also a large car park at the hotel available for guests bringing their own vehicles. A holiday should not be restricted by your disability and here at the Bond Hotel our priority is taking care of the practical sides of your break whilst providing a comfortable, homely environment with amazing cabaret to thoroughly enjoy your time in Blackpool. For over 20 years the Bond Hotel has specialised in holidays for guests with physical, learning disabilities and guests with mental health concerns. Our dedicated, highly trained team will ensure that your every need is taken care of and from the moment you make that very first telephone call we assure you the highest level of customer service throughout your holiday. Part of our service is providing a full range of mobility equipment for use during your stay, free of charge. We offer a large number of bedrooms that are fitted with ceiling tracked hoists, profiling beds and en-suite bathrooms with wet floor showers. Every accessible bedroom is also fitted with a 24-hour emergency call point linked to our hotel reception team for your peace of mind. As you make your holiday reservation just let our team know what equipment you require and they will ensure that it is in your room, ready for when you arrive. Individual travellers as well as large groups are all welcome at the Bond Hotel with group discounts available at certain times of the year. As part of our group holiday service you will be assigned a group holiday co-ordinator who will provide you with one to one support in personalising your break.

We are able to cater for all dietary requirements including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, pureed, liquidised, soft and Kosher. Just mention any special requirements during your booking and we will ensure your needs are met. At the Bond Hotel there are no set meal times; instead we offer a generous service time for each meal. Our friendly waiting on team can offer table service as well as a self service buffet to ensure that you have a flexible dining experience.

We host a wide range of events and entertainment each evening in our fully wheelchair accessible show bar, which boasts plenty of room for everyone to join in with the fun and dance the night away. Our acts include everything from our resident vocalists and compères to big-name tribute acts. Sing along to the hits from incredible artists as they perform your favourite songs from Abba through to Adele. There really is something for everyone while enjoying that quality time together. Although all our staff are fully trained to be able to offer the highest standards of hotel service and guest relations, we realise that some of our guests may need additional specialist medical or personal care. We are delighted to be able to offer a solution with our very own care company, Holidays with Care. A respite break at the Bond Hotel, provided by Holidays With Care, allows both the carer and the person living with the disability the chance to relax, unwind and benefit from a truly enjoyable holiday. All of our care packages, which are delivered by expertly trained and friendly staff, are tailored to suit the guest and the level of care they require. We cater for those with physical and learning disabilities, those with mental health needs and individuals with hearing and visual impairments. As part of any Holidays With Care package, you can expect: Dedicated personal care as required, including 24-hour full care. A commitment to maintaining and protecting privacy and dignity. A pledge to confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Opportunities for holidaymakers to try new experiences. Staff who encourage and promote participation and choices in set activities. We will ensure the Holidays With Care experience is a fun and enjoyable one. Our care packages are priced at 15 per hour per carer and are tailored to meet your individual needs. Bank holidays will be charged at double the hourly rate. A 10 hour waking watch support package can be booked at 150 per night or a 10 hour sleeping watch can be booked at 100 per night, plus the cost of the room.
