2 DESCRIPTION The sterile filter unit allow to have a sterile vertical laminar flow that invests the underlying area. They are used in sterile rooms, clean rooms, laboratories, or industries departments where is required high air cleaning. They are made with an aluminum structure where are placed the hepa filter and the fan. The aspired air cross the prefilter, and then the hepa filter that purify it from particulate and spreads in the air below. The filter is internal protected by a steel mesh coated with epoxy, which also allows more even distribution of air. The system is self contained and requires no connection to any centralized system. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Overall dimension WxDxH: 1240 x 625 x 320 mm. Prefilter in synthetic material class G4 (90% efficiency) in accordance with EN 779 Hepa absolute filter - tested M.P.P.S in accordance with C.E.N global efficiency % class H14. Exit average air speed: 0.45 m/s ± 20% (at 150 mm from filter surface). Air volume: 900 m³/h Exit max air speed: 0.60 m/s ± 20% (at 150 mm from filter surface). Air volume: 1150 m³/h. Hepa filter variable pressure drop Pa with air speed 0.45 m/s. Attack with hose union, for services (pressure switch, pressure check). Noise 65 db, measured at 760 mm from filter surface with air speed of 0.45 m/s Weight: 30 Kg. ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS Power supply: 230 V - 50 Hz. Electrical input: 310 W with max air speed 0.60 m/s Electrical input: 230 W with average air speed 0.45 m/s Overload fuse: 1x8 AF (5x20) IMPORTANT: the ASAL filter unit are made so that there is the possibility, when necessary, to replace the hepa filter and pre-filter in a simple way, without having to replace the entire unit.
