Ensure you travel on a confirmed ticket. Group Learning & Development (GLD) will not be liable for extra day's perdiem or hotel charges if offloaded at airport. Do the Flight details on the TCAR match your ticket? If your flight details are different from those mentioned on the TCAR message, please inform your GLD training coordinator immediately. GLD will update the records to ensure room availability and prevent overbilling. Earlier arrival and later departure may incur additional charges. You need to get approval for these additional charges beforehand. The last date to send us changes is the Tuesday of the week prior to your arrival. The details we have in our records are sent on Wednesday morning to the hotel and cashier as the final details. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes drive from the Emirates Aviation College Bldg B, walking distance to Emirates Group HQ and opposite Dubai International Airport Terminal 3. Please give this invoice along with Training Travel form to the EAC Bldg B reception so that you can collect the invoiced amount from our cashier and settle the invoice on your return to the hotel. Kindly note any extra charges incurred needs to be settled by you. This buffet breakfast includes a selection of freshly baked bread, fresh croissants, danishes & muffins, selection of fresh fruit, mixed fresh fruit salad, fresh yogurt & flavoured yogurts, selection of cereals & muesli, fresh juices, milk, tea & coffee, and water, cheese plate and a selection of marmalade, jams & honey. Premier Inn will store your luggage. After training, you can use the hotel showers and restrooms (near the swimming pool) to freshen up before departing for the airport. If your departure flight is between 2201hrs and 2359hrs on the last training day, the late checkout period has been extended till1900hrs, please checkout by 1900hrs. 3

4 Shuttle Bus Service Airport Transfers: For Arrival Premier Inn runs a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes. The bus is purple and branded Premier Inn. Terminal 3: As you proceed to exit the Arrivals hall, cross over the first lane where the Taxis are located and proceed to the 'Buses Only' lay by. The bus stops between stands 2 & 3, or as near as possible (opposite Entrance 1) Terminal 1: Exit out of the Arrivals section. Once outside, turn right through the Greeters Area and cross over 4 lanes using the pedestrian crossings in front of you. The sheltered area for 'Hotel Shuttles' in front of you is where the bus will stop. Should the bus not be present when you arrive, OR if you miss the bus, another will follow within 30 minutes. The shuttle bus runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For Departure The shuttle bus leaves the hotel every 30 minutes, on the hour and half past the hour, 24 hours a day. Emirates flights leave from Terminal 3. Transfer from Emirates Aviation College & Premier Inn - DIA: On course days, shuttle services have been arranged by the hotel as follows: For courses starting at 0800hrs, Pickup from Hotel is at 0730hrs Pickup from Aviation College is at 1535hrs Kindly ensure you are at the lobby at least 5 minutes prior to departure. The bus/car will have Emirates Aviation College plate on the front screen. Please approach the Hotel Reception Desk if you have any queries on the transfers. On the First day of training, please take the Hotel shuttle bus. GLD staff will help you to complete the administration requirements in time for the training. Please bring completed Training Travel form, Hotel invoice and Emirates Group ID card with you. The Emirates Group ID card is needed to access the training venue. If you do not have the ID card, please bring any Photo ID card. 4
