2 Benefits Agent Orange Benefits Eligible Vietnam-era veterans who suffer from diseases associated with Agent Orange (chronic b-cell leukemias, Parkinson s disease and ischemic heart disease) may apply for disability compensation. Burial Flags A United States flag is provided, at no cost, to drape the casket or accompany the urn of a deceased Veteran who served honorably in the U. S. Armed Forces. Disabled American Veterans National Service Officers represent veterans and their families with benefit claims from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense and other government agencies.
