1 FREQUENTLY ASKED HOUSING QUESTIONS HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION? You can make your hotel reservation during your SAS Global Forum 2017 conference registration. This is the easiest way to book your hotel as all the details from your registration will be prepopulated in your hotel reservation. Or, you can make a hotel reservation online please do not contact hotels directly. Simply enter your arrival and departure dates and the available hotels with their corresponding room rates and cancellation policies will be displayed. HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION? All hotel changes, including cancellations, can be made online through March 27, After March 27, 2017, contact the hotel directly. Modify Reservation WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? ConferenceDirect will charge a $30.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation for cancellations made at any time. In addition to this processing fee, please see individual hotel cancellation policies below: Disney s Beach Club Hilton Orlando Bonnet INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received with less than a five (5) day notice, including but not limited to no-shows, will be charged the first night s room and tax. Cancellations received with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice, including but not limited to no-shows, will be charged the first night s room and tax. Cancellations received with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice, including but not limited to no-shows, will be charged the first night s room and tax.

2 WHEN WILL MY WAITLISTED NIGHT BE CONFIRMED? If your reservation contains nights that are waitlisted, our hotel reservation partner ConferenceDirect will work diligently to complete your reservation as quickly as possible. You will receive an updated acknowledgement once your reservation is confirmed in its entirety. WHAT IF MY DATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE? If you want to extend your stay beyond dates that are not available online, please contact ConferenceDirect. HOW CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE ROOMS? If you need to make room reservations for a group of 10 rooms or more, please contact ConferenceDirect. HOW DO I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST? The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your room type and special requests, such as two beds, nonsmoking, high floor, etc. Please note: Special requests are not guaranteed. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED? When making a reservation online, you are required to provide a valid credit card as a form of guarantee. It will not be charged immediately. When and if the card held as a guarantee will be charged varies by hotel as noted below. Disney s Beach Club Hilton Orlando Bonnet INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT POLICY A deposit of one night s room and tax will be charged to your credit card on or after March 10, Your credit card will be held as a form of guarantee only and not charged as an advance deposit. The card will only be charged if the reservation cancels beyond the hotel s cancellation policy or if the reservation no-shows.

3 IS THERE A RESORT FEE? Disney s Beach Club Hilton Orlando Bonnet RESORT FEE No resort fees. The resort fee will be waived and all benefits will be extended complimentary for reservations booked through the SAS Global Forum housing website. WHAT IS THE TAX RATE? Room rates do not include a 12.5 percent tax per room per night (subject to change without notice). ARE YOU OFFERING GSA RATES? There are a limited number of GSA-rated rooms for SAS Global Forum, which are on a first come first-served basis. You may access the GSA rates here. Guests booking at the GSA rate will be required to present proper government identification at check-in. If proper identification is not provided, the guest room rate will convert to the discounted SAS rate. Contact sas@conferencedirect.com with any questions. HOW DO I GET A INVOICE? SAS Global Forum 2017 housing does not provide invoices, nor do we process credit card payment for hotel reservations. A hotel acknowledgement was sent to the primary guest via upon completion of the hotel reservation. This acknowledgement outlines the hotel rates and tax policy. A guest folio will be provided to the guest upon check-out from the hotel.

4 WHEN CAN I CHECK INTO MY? All guests arriving before designated check-in will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hilton Orlando Bonnet Disney s Beach Club AIRPORT SHUTTLE INFORMATION There is no hotel shuttle service to/from the airport. Complimentary shuttle service (Disney s Magical Express) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Reservations should be made in advance. For reservations made BEFORE March 10, 2017, click here or contact with your flight information starting on March 13, For reservations made AFTER March 10, 2017, contact with your flight information 48 hours after your reservation has been made.

5 IS THERE A CONFERENCE SHUTTLE FROM THE OFFICIAL S TO THE WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN AND DOLPHIN? There will be a shuttle running from overflow hotels not within walking distance of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin as noted below. Disney s Beach Club Hilton Orlando Bonnet CONFERENCE SHUTTLE INFORMATION This hotel is within walking distance of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. No conference shuttles will be provided to/from this hotel. During SAS Global Forum, complimentary conference shuttles will be provided to/from this hotel and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
