Depending on the amount of water in front grille nozzles are sequentially opened or closed, two proportionally. 6 Pts. 8 Warranty 1. Seller issues 7-year warranty on the quality parameters and technical equipment. All costs associated with conducting performance tests are included in the price of the contract. 2. The warranty period begins on the date of launch and will expire 84 months from the date of installation. Seller warrants that at the end of the warranty period, the service will also be available. Possible delays in launching caused by Hydro Energy Michael Twardziszewski are not included in the warranty period. 3. Guaranteed parameters expressed in kw turbine set are measured at the generator terminals. 4. In the event that it is necessary to transport the equipment to the plant of the Seller all costs are borne by the Seller. 5. Buyer agrees to create all possible conditions to allow renovations. 6 z 6
