2 Our Client For confidentiality reasons, information about our client is, for reference sources and nonshortlisted candidates, limited to the following: For our client, the office building project in Bratislava which offers a level of design and specification complying with the highest international standards for Grade A office accommodation with several thousand m² of leasable office space, Amrop is searching for an experienced Office Leasing Manager. The recruitment process is managed by Amrop in cooperation with Managing Director of the company. Role The company is searching for Office Leasing Manager who will be responsible for: Leasing office premises to potential tenants, while providing outstanding customer service to current and prospective tenant Liaise with real estate agents Preparing and explaining lease paperwork to new and renewing tenants Creating proposals, follow up on offers Organizing on site meetings, presentations, Cooperation with technical / construction dept in house and external Harvest on the deals (converting commercial proposals into deals, finalizing contracts) Maintenance a professional and inviting atmosphere in the leasing office including meeting all safety and office operation standards Optimizing occupancy by leasing available premises and maintaining positive relationships with current residents Processing of enquires, ensuring completing of documentation and meeting company qualifications prior to handing off to supervisor for approval Maintenance of prospect, traffic and rental record logs and all pertinent leasing data Creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in cooperation with sales and marketing department Point of contact for service requests from current residents and coordination completion with maintenance staff to ensure customer satisfaction Other duties, responsibilities and tasks up to the actual needs 2

3 Profile In respect of the candidate profile: University degree, preferably with focus on business/management/marketing Min. 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or related field is a must Proficient with MS Windows and its tools, Internet, Outlook Quality oriented, detail oriented (able to deliver good quality on permanent basis) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outstanding orientation for customer service Excellent negotiation skill Strong in time management and well-organized person Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations Fluent in English 3
