1 Video and Communications Infrastructure The documents attached provide signal path, camera position and connections diagrams for the installed North Door video production and streaming infrastructure. Also included are a description and specifications for the switcher and encoder. The installation is designed to allow for multi-camera production and communication for both streaming live events to the internet for worldwide distribution and recording the output of the switched feed. The infrastructure consists of 8 camera positions prewired for communications and redundant SDI video/audio connecting to the control room. Stereo audio can be fed to the encoder and the recorder from the mixing console in the venue; if desired, multi-channel audio can be recorded at the console as well. The control room consists of an HD-SDI 3x3 ADC patch panel, a Panasonic 6 input switcher, and a communication system. From positions A-E on the ground floor and positions H, I, and J on the balcony above, complete coverage of the stage and the room are possible. Communications at each position allow for complete control from the control room. This gives the North Door venue a unique environment for filming live music and events. Built in streaming via the CogoHDLIVE encoder and the onsite 00 MB broadband connection add to the infrastructure at the North Door. The CogoHDLIVE encoder is able to stream full 080p picture and stereo sound at.5mbps with better than cable TV picture allowing events to be webcast to the world at affordable rates for streaming. The encoder can be configured to connect to any major CDN.

7 Panasonic AV-HS400N Compact Live Multi-Format HD/SD 6 SDI Input with MultiViewer and AV-HS04M SDI Input Board The multi-format AV-HS400 live switcher is an all-in-one system that easily integrates into existing HD/SD workflows, flawlessly mixing HD and SD video sources. With a built-in MultiViewer image preview, expandable HD/SD architecture, 3D digital effects and a host of other advanced features, the HS400 provides all the functions you need for superb results. The HS400's built-in MultiViewer can output 4, 6, or 0 images from different sources to a single highresolution display, eliminating the need for multiple HD source and preview monitors.
