Updated 1 st April 2016 Chalet 1 is a Beach Front Chalet that sleeps 3, it is open plan with a curtained off sleeping area. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. Double pull down bed and single sofa bed suitable maybe for a child. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. 1 coin meter for electric. TV. Fencing to front and rear gardens. Patio furniture. Accepts 1 dog. 400 pw Chalet 6, "Peter" is a Beach Front Chalet that sleeps 4 persons and is open plan with curtained off sleeping areas. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker toaster. Double pull down bed and bunk beds. Toilet and washbasin but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. Fencing to front and rear gardens. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VERY BASIC/DATED CHALET. 345 pw Chalet 11 is beach side. There is no TV or TV licence in this chalet. The front and rear gardens are paved and fenced with an allocated parking space. This chalet sleeps 5 with 2 single beds in a bedroom area, double sofa bed in lounge area and a mezzanine floor with 2 single mattresses, suitable for 2 children to sleep on. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster. Toilet and wash basin, however there is no shower. We do have well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. 355 pw Chalet 17 was the very first chalet on Dunster Beach moved here in a place for Lady Luttrell to sit by the sea and have a swim! It is a beachside chalet which sleeps 2 with a view of the sea. Recently refurbished, with concealed cooking facilities (mini oven and hob), it has a steamer trunk and small chest of drawers for clothes and a breakfast table. There is a decking area overlooking sea with patio table and chairs. twin chair beds and toilet and wash basin. Accepts pets. 400 pw Chalet 22 is a beach side chalet with a clear unobstructed view of the sea. This Chalet sleeps 2. The open plan layout of the chalet includes a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a flat screen tv. The chalet has a spacious shower room with washbasin and loo. There is plenty of storage in the chalet which includes a mezzanine for luggage etc. Decking to front and rear. No pets. 405 pw Chalet 26 is positioned on the sea front. This Chalet will sleep 4 and has a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. This Chalet benefits from a shower, loo and washbasin. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. TV. Front and rear gardens are enclosed. Accepts pets. 390 pw

2 Chalet 28 is beach side. The chalet sleeps 5 with a sofa bed in the living area and a triple bunk in a bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle etc. No microwave. Shower room with toilet and wash basin. No pets. 400 per week Chalet 49 "Happy Days" Chalet 49, "Happy Days" is a Beach Front Chalet that sleeps 4. There is a bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Full kitchen and dining facilities are provided. There is a toilet but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. Fencing to front and rear garden. Electricity is through a 1 coin meter. Pets accepted. 380 pw Chalet 50, is a Beach Front Chalet which sleeps 4; there is a bedroom with bunk beds plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Full kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. There is a toilet but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. Fencing to front and rear garden. Accepts 1 small well behaved dog which is not allowed on furniture. 385 pw Chalet 61 is a Beach Front Chalet which sleeps 4. It is open plan with double sofa bed, curtained off bedroom with 6 bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen with sink, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. TV, fencing to front and rear gardens. One small dog accepted. 395 pw Chalet 62 is beach side and sleeps 4. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge area with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster, there is a toilet and washbasin but no shower, although we have well appointed and maintained shower blocks throughout the site. The front and rear gardens are paved and fenced and has patio furniture. 370 pw Chalet 66 "Morland" is a beach front chalet that sleeps 4 persons, with 2 single beds in a curtained off area and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. A fully equipped kitchen. A toilet but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. This chalet has paved and fenced front and rear gardens and accepts dogs. Electricity included. 375 pw Chalet 74 sleeps 4 people. It has an open plan layout with two modern sofa beds, modern fitted kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Shower room with toilet and handbasin. The front and back gardens are fenced, with bench and garden table and chairs. No pets. Chalet 86 is situated on the beach side. This Chalet will sleep 4, it has a double bed settee and 2 single beds in a bedroom with a curtained off door. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, small freezer, microwave, toaster. Toilet, washbasin and shower. There is a 1 coin meter for electricity. The front garden only is fenced (no fencing to back garden) and this Chalet will accept pets. 395 pw Chalet 87 "Debrians Place" is perfectly located on the berm overlooking the sea, is comprises: 1 double bed in bedroom with en suite shower, double sofa bed in main lounge, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge cooker. This chalet does not allow pets. 405 pw Chalet 88 is a Beach Front Chalet that sleeps 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The lounge has a double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. To the rear is a set of French doors with sea views. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. This Chalet also benefits from a TV. Fenced and paved patio to front and rear with furniture. 370 pw Chalet 100 is a Beach Front contemporary Chalet that has recently been refurbished. Chalet sleeps 4, it has a double sofa bed in the main living area and a double bed in the separate bedroom with fitted wardrobes and chest of draws. This chalet benefits from it own modern shower, toilet and wash basin. It also benefits from a fully fitted kitchen and solid oak floors throughout. The lounge has TV and DVD player, electric fire, dining table and chairs. There are also front and rear fenced garden. No pets. 400 pw Chalet 110 is a beach front chalet. Small kitchen area with table top hoboven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave; otherwise open plan with double sofa bed, single bed with pullout bed under and a small dining table. TV. Toilet and washbasin, but no shower; however we do have well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BASIC/DATED CHALET. 360 pw Chalet 115 is a Beach Front Chalet that is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 4 on a double sofa bed and two single beds. The beds all have duvets and you only need to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge & microwave. This chalet also benefits from a toilet and washbasin. The shower block is only 50 feet away from the chalet. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owner and electricity is payable by meter which takes pw Chalet 117 is a Beach Front Chalet that is open plan and sleeps 3, there is a pull down double bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. TV. Fenced and paved front and rear gardens, patio furniture. The owner prefers only children over the age of 6. No pets. 395 pw Chalet 119 "By The Sea" is a Beach Front Chalet that is open plan and sleeps 2, there is a double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. TV. Paved and fenced front and rear gardens, patio furniture. This Chalet does not allow either Children or pets. 395 pw Chalet 123 "Avilcot", is a Beach Front Chalet that sleeps 5, there is a small bedroom with bunk beds, a further small bedroom with a single bed, the lounge has a double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (freezer compartment), cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster & kettle. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. TV/DVD. Fencing to the front and rear gardens, patio furniture. Pets accepted. 390 pw Chalet 129 is a Beach Front Chalet which sleeps 5. There is a double bed in a bedroom, 1 single bed (with curtain around if required) and a bed-settee which converts into a double bed. DVT with DVD player installed, radio, electric fire and oil filled electric radiator. Electric meter using 1 coins. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and water heater. Toilet and washbasin but no shower; however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. One dog accepted. 390 pw

4 Chalet 131 is beach front and will sleep 5. Lounge/Sleeping area: Two double solid oak futon sofa beds, one single box bed. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen with Bosch hob and fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, built in refrigerator with freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC. Dining area, oak dining table and 4 chairs. Patio with folding table and chairs. Electricity included. 410 pw Chalet 133 is a Beach Front Chalet that sleeps 4 persons, it is open plan with bunk beds in a curtained off area and a double sofa bed. A Fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave & toaster, a toilet and washbasin but does not benefit from its own shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. There is a 1 coin meter for electricity. This Chalet does accept dogs. 370 pw Chalet 134, "Aloha", is a Beach Side Chalet that sleep 4 persons, comprising one bedroom curtained off area with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed, a double sofa bed in the lounge area and also a TV. Fully equipped kitchen, and benefits from a shower, toilet and wash basin. This chalet does not allow dogs coin meter for electricity. There is a patio table and chairs on the rear terrace. 400 pw Chalet 136 "Honey Pot", is a beach front chalet with uninterrupted views of the sea. It sleeps 3 persons with a double sofa bed in a curtained off bedroom and a single camp bed in the living room area. The chalet has been totally refurbished during the Winter 2016 and has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. It has a toilet and shower. In the living area there is a TV with DVD, radio and CD player. It has been insulated and has a wall mounted heater. Outside there is fencing to the front and rear with picnic tables and outside storage with sun loungers. Electricity supply is via a coin meter. No pets allowed. Chalet 138 is a beach front Chalet that sleeps 4 persons with a double sofa bed and also a single with pullout which can be two singles or a double. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toilet and wash basin but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site, plus TV. Decking to the rear. This Chalet will accept one small dog. 395 pw Chalet 140 is an open plan beach front Chalet that sleeps 4-5 persons, with 2 double sofa beds and a couch bed in the living area, A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. A toilet but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. There is a 1 coin meter for electricity. This Chalet does not accept pets. 370 pw Chalet 143 "Owls Nest", is an open plan beach front Chalet sleeping 4 persons with 2 single beds in a curtained off area and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave & toaster, a toilet and washbasin but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. 1 coin meter for electricity. 5 Chalet 195 "Little Chelford" is on the rear of the site with wonderful views of the lake and hills, An open plan Chalet which sleeps 4 persons with 2 double sofa beds. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. 1 coin meter for electricity. This Chalet does not accept pets. 395 pw Chalet 199 is open plan with a curtained off bedroom area. There is a double bed and two single beds. This chalet has a toilet and wash hand basin but no shower. The lounge area also has dining facilities and a TV. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge & Microwave. Electricity is supplied through a 1 coin meter. 375 pw Chalet 200 Is on the rear of the site with wonderful views of the lake and hills. An open plan which sleeps 4 persons in a double sofa bed and 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster, a toilet and wash basin but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. 1 coin meter for electricity. 370 pw Chalet 215 is on the rear of the site close to the 'Hawn Lake'. An open plan chalet sleeping 4 persons, with 2 single beds in a curtained off bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. A toilet but no shower, however there are well appointed, well maintained shower blocks throughout the site. 1 coin meter for electricity. This Chalet does allow dogs but there are no fences round the garden. 375 pw Chalet 219 "Pearl & Jotty", is on the rear of the site close to the 'Hawn Lake'. This Chalet sleeps 4 persons with 2 single beds in a bedroom and a double sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster. There are well maintained and equipped shower blocks close to the chalet. 390 pw Chalet 225 is situated on the back row overlooking the tennis courts and the Hawn Lake. This chalet sleeps 5 with a double bed in a bedroom, a single bed and sofa bed in the main living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a small freezer compartment within the fridge, microwave and cooker. 6 Chalet 227 is situated on the back row overlooking the tennis court and Hawn Lake. Sleeps 4 with a double bed in a separate bedroom and double sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster and kettle. This chalet has a shower, toilet & washbasin. All bed linen and towels are supplied by the owner and on arrival there is also a bottle of wine and flowers. The front and rear gardens are fenced. No pets. 405 pw Chalet 229 is on the rear of the site close to the 'Hawn Lake' and tennis court with fencing at front & back with patio furniture. This chalet has an open plan layout sleeping up to 4 persons, 2 single divans in an curtained off bedroom area and a double sofa bed in lounge and TV. It sleeps 5 persons with a double and single overhead bunk in separate bedroom and a double sofa bed with sprung mattress in the lounge. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with built-in fridge/freezer and oven, microwave & toaster. Separate shower room with toilet and wash basin. The chalet is fitted via panel heaters at no extra cost. This Chalet does not accept pets. 395 pw Chalet 263, "Heath Lan", is on the rear of the site with wonderful views of the 'Hawn Lake'. Sleeps 4 persons with 2 single beds in a bedroom and a double pull down bed in the lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave & toaster.
