It has been extensively refurbished to a high standard to provide a comfortable seaside holiday home, and with a large sofa bed in the garden room and a chair bed in the double room there is flexibility to sleep up to 7 people. The cottage is just a short walk to the centre of Mundesley, (good selection of shops as well an art gallery, pubs and restaurants), and to the beautiful PAGE 1 OF 9

2 sandy beach which has recently been given a Blue Flag award. The town of North Walsham is five miles away and has been commended by previous visitors for its range of facilities, including a Waitrose store. The Norfolk Broads are nearer than you think - The Museum of the Broads at Stalham Staithe is 13 miles away from where you can take a boat trip.. Shower Room: A freestanding shower with w.c. and handbasin. Garden Room: A quiet room in which to relax and look out to the rear garden, This room has a large sofa bed for extra guests.
