1 BJ Jolley has 25+ years in the fitness industry and holds certifications in several areas. She feels strongly that all individuals, regardless of their ages, fitness level and experience, can improve their quality and enjoyment of life through enhanced physical fitness. Her knowledge and experience allows her to customize a program to support and guide individuals to safely achieve their fitness goals. 2 Janie Trowbridge is a certified personal trainer/group exercise instructor through American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) with a PASSION for fitness and helping others. She teaches several classes at the YMCA, as well as participates in many of the other classes. She is always looking for workshops to stay educated on fitness and training programs to bring you the best workout and results possible. She has personally lost 40 pounds and has completed several 5k, 10k and half marathons and finished her first full marathon May 10 th, "I'm a stay at home mom and homeschool my three kids. I personally have a love for running and my family enjoys camping, hiking, the beach, and biking; almost anything outdoors. I m Janie and I m here to PUMP you up!!!"

3 Justin Roberts holds an A.S. in Exercise Science and is currently studying for a B.S. in the same field at East Tennessee State University. In addition, he is both a nationally Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Weight Loss Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He utilizes an integrative approach to exercise that incorporates strength, stability, mobility, core development, and cardiovascular health to maximize results while minimizing the risk of injury. In his spare time, Justin enjoys participating in and studying about strength training as well as hiking, kayaking, hammocking, and playing acoustic guitar. Whether you re trying to lose weight and positively impact your health, enhance strength performance, or just improve your current exercise routine, he would love to work with you! 4 Katie Kilgore has an Associate degree from Northeast State Community College, her Personal Training Certification through ISSA, and is ranked in the SPF (Southern Power Lifting Association.) As an overweight child, who was made fun of by other children, she determined to lose the weight and get in to shape. Katie s work at the Y is also her hobby. She loves to work out! She enjoys focusing on our PUSH method of personal training, helping clients achieve levels they never thought they could. Having had many injuries herself, she is experienced in injury recovery. I have a motto, Minor setbacks for major comebacks. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Kids Athletes Power Lifters Anyone who wishes to take their fitness to the next level

5 Pam Archer has been in the fitness industry for 25+ years and holds several certifications. She is passionate about people and believes that those of all shapes, ages, and sizes, can get into shape. Her extensive knowledge and experience working with people who have diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and joint replacement enable her to design safe and effective programming for achieving anyone s health and fitness goals. She is adept at both PAT and PUSH approaches to personal training. I love adventure, water parks, the beach, and roller coasters! The softer side of me enjoys working in my flower gardens, baking specialty cakes, repurposing most anything, and writing. 6 Madison Salyer holds a B.A. from ETSU in Human Services with future sights set on Occupational Therapy School. She is an AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer with 20 months of Physical Therapy Technician experience. Madison is also an avid runner that completed the Marine Corps Marathon in addition to numerous half marathons. She is a college YoungLife leader at ETSU and strives to mentor young women. Her passion is helping others find strength and confidence in all aspects of healthy living. Madison enjoys watching clients meet and succeed their wellness expectations. She targets building core strength and lower body balance and understands the need for increased endurance specific to high intensity activities. Madison helps members better understand the importance of utilizing behavior modification techniques to achieve their goals.

7 Cameron Peters is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise with a love for showing people how exercise can change their life for the better! Coming from an athletic family, Cameron has played many sports, including four years of NCAA college basketball at the University of South Carolina Aiken. Her expertise comes from working with strength and conditioning trainers at the college level and through her certification, she has become experienced with applying that knowledge to people of all fitness levels, abilities, and ages. She is a firm believer that no matter your current fitness state, you can become a better, fitter, healthier you. It just takes a little dedication, hard work, and the right workout program. Cameron can put together that workout program and be there every step of the way as you work towards your goals! I own bragging rights to a beautiful baby girl who has changed my life forever! I love spending most of my time with her of course, but also enjoy adventuring outside, day trips to anywhere, Saturdays, live music, drinking coffee, and refinishing old furniture. I also love a challenge which over the past couple years has turned into training for running events and triathlons.
