2 Keynote speaker Ellen E Kossek As the inaugural elected President of the U.S. based international Work- Family Researchers Network and a leading work- family scholar, Dr. Ellen Ernst Kossek will discuss some current trends in work family research related to individual and organizational interventions and change. She will also share information on the Work Family Researcher Network. Dr. Kossek is the Basil S. Turner Professor of Management at Krannert School of Management and the Research Director of Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership. She holds a Ph.D. from Yale Univeristy in organizational behavior and her research has won many awards.
