11 Vimercate Data Center Project The brownfield location, former IBM site, no-fly zone, already hosts one Tier III data center completed by MGH in The infrastructure is worth circa 4 Mln and is rented for a period of 6 ½ years for circa 1 Mln per year to Ericsson TLC Long term contract (6-8 years, with possible extension) will generate stable, recurring revenues. A LOI has already been signed with Ericsson to further deploy the area by building additional sqm. 11

12 Pioltello Data Center Project A purpose-built 2 storey building, modular approach sqm of white space of building 1; including building 2 and 3 total white space increases to sqm 4MW IT power Tier IV designed Indirect free cooling Military grade fencing 24/7 manned site LEED gold certified Data Center Wholesale Data Center revenues will come from: 1. white space lease 2. facility services, including maintenance 3. power usage There is no overlap with the potential customer (IT multinationals and TLC groups) business. Wholdata is the ONLY player that has signed an agreement with MIX (Milan Internet Exchange, the largest Italian Internet swtich) that will be present in a dedicated room at the WD DC. 12

13 Major Data Center as a Service projects Environmental and construction authorizations are needed to complete the two projects in the great Milan area. The status of the two locations is the following: Vimercate B13 Construction permits will be required to public authorities according to the construction timeframe. MGH Systems has already built the first data center within the facility, in compliance to environmental and security regulations, and no issues are expected in obtaining further authorizations for the construction of additional server rooms. Pioltello Internet Park All necessary construction authorizations have been obtained for the first phase (2.000 sqm IT room). The application for the construction of additional two buildings, reaching a total area of sqm of white space, will takeplace from 2016 on. Local authorities have already been informed about the extent of the project as a whole. 13
